Albany Gardens Tourist Park reviews
46 Friendly staff, clean facilitys.only down side was there is no green areas to let the kids play every inch of space is used as a camp site.
Also it Felt a bit like a train station with different campers coming and going every day and night
Still a great place to stay as it was close to the town.
Enjoyed our stay with motorhome spot, lovely spacious plots, friendly staff with clean amenities, ideal location.thank you Annie. Mike and Team
We just spent 6 nights here in a 2 bedroom deluxe chalet. The chalet facilities were excellent, modern and extremely clean. The customer service we received from Annie and Joanna at reception was outstanding and much appreciated. Thank you Albany Gardens Tourist Park for helping to make our family holiday so special and memorable!
Great caravan park. Nice pool and bouncing area for kids. Ensuite site was roomyand green grass areas.
Only negative is the water flow in shower was extremely slow. Looks like they spend more on watering the grass than what you can used in the shower.great location near town centre.
It was good, not great, the showers were in and out of hot water, the toilets weren't cleaned for the first 2 days. I would possibly go back but definitely would get our own en suite. Pool was good, rec room was good, camp kitchen was great.
Been here a few times and still can't fault anything. Friendly service with top local knowledge
Only posting here because my post to their FB page (G'day Parks) was removed.
We booked one night at this site as part of a family trip to Wave Rock-Esperance-Albany, but we had to cancel the whole trip after one of our party fell off a ladder putting up Christmas lights. We gave 13 days notice and asked for a refund, but they refused. Everywhere else we were booked into (campsites/tours) gave a refund no problem. We offered to pay an admin fee for the booking, but no joy. They said it was "policy" to not give refunds, but is it the right policy to take fees ($90 in this case) without providing a service, especially as we gave nearly two weeks notice? Hopefully other sites in the G'day network aren't as mean-spirited.
One star is for the friendly service we got when making the initial booking.
Absolutely beautiful caravan park, nice green sites, and staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you.
Stayed in en-suite powered site for 4 nights staff couldn't be more helpful and facilities spotless highly recommend
Great place for a break, we have been here many times and are never disappointed, we caravan and book an ensuite site.
Very quiet and relaxing.and it's also got plenty of this to do for the kids. I Highly recommend a stay here.
Nice set up with plenty of green grass that Reggie loved as he just loves to have a roll an scratch on lush grass. Park is close to centre of town an lots of shops, nice an quiet with the only sound being the sound of male wood pigeons an there mating call.
Very nice caravan park close to the center of Albany, very green and full of wildlife. Adorable staff and clean amenities.
I booked an unpowered site, there is a small camp kitchen. There's a bigger one closer to reception.
A spotless park with large campsites to fit any size caravan or tent. We paid for a powered site for the night and the host generously placed us close to amenities for convenience - which were absolutely spotless! Bathrooms/showers/toilets were so clean and tidy, mirrors crystal clear etc. Cannot fault this park, has so much to offer with sites, chalets, kitchen, bathrooms, pool etc! Super lovely admin and a great family and dog-friendly environment to be in ️ would pay $40 again to stay here in the future!
Very central to town, walk everywhere. Very large powered sites-drive through, clean amenities, friendly helpful happy staff.
Lovely caravan park, cement slabs with grass. Everything clean and tidy the camp kitchen is even heated. Amenities have recently been refurbished and the staff are very friendly
My husband and I pitched our tent here over the long weekend and would definitely return. Value for money (especially on a long-weekend) was great, the facilities were sparking, and the staff were really friendly. The only downside was that the camping spots were very close together so we could hear our neighbours throughout the night. It wouldn't stop us returning though, it was understandably fully booked and bound to be busier/louder than usual. Ideal location for those like us wanting to camp but still be within walking distance to the pub to watch the Grand Final!
Good central location. Ensuite needed to be cleaned. Concrete pad for the camper wasn't level with a large step running through it making very uneven
This is a really well placed park, only a few minutes from two shopping areas. The parks sites are quite spacious, they're all drive-through and mostly level. While it is an older park the amenities, camp kitchen and games room are kept spotless. There's a pool with plenty of space for lounging around, tennis court, and jumping pillow as well. It's well priced, and run by friendly staff too. I'm happy to recommend and will return next time I'm in this area.
Very nice and very friendly staff. The amenities are nice and clean and the kitchen area is nice aswell.
