I would rate it - If that could be possible! We went there a week ago with my son and the specialist Cathy had to spend some time trying to fix her cables and computer breaking all
The time to do the test so by the time she gets it fixed my son was too tired so he wasn't responding to do one of the ears properly so we left that place and she said We have to come back in six months to do it again as he will be more mature which means I have to pay the app again? With not any rebate and it wasn't cheap at all. So I did call again thinking this is not right the amount of time wasted it wasn't my fault or my kids fault and kids can't sit still for that long so I told the recepcionist that I payed for the full assessment and that it wasn't my fault that she has trouble to do the test accurate because of technical issues and in time so they basically told me I had to pay $80 more to do the other ear when I just had the test incomplete last week. I'm Very disappointed in deed that for a small amount the reputation of advance hearing test gets damage: (not the very best experience and I won't go there ever again and I won't recommend anyone going to have a test for a kid there. The place by the way was quite small room that I couldn't fit my pram so I had to take my baby out let her crawl while my son was trying to concentrate doing the test there and two of us were barely could have any space to sit that I have to leave the room. Thumbs down I'm sorry but as a customer I would expect to have the full assessment that's what I paid for and a better customer service! I thought you had experience with kids and 45 min app that actually We
Spent less time and i asked to do The test on The day mayor after few minutos but specialist refused to do it there and how can I wait 6 months to do one of the ears test? What about is it's a mayor issue? How can you advise like that?

Pleased to say I hardly ever use the hearing aids - only needed in my meetinghouse and at Council meetings where the high ceilings and background noise made them necessary. But last Wednesday at Council perturbed to find the new batteries I had just inserted didn't work. Haven't yet tried another packet, but they still had the tab on. Do they wear out if just sitting in the container?
