The testing stage is explained and proceeded with clear and precise instructions then explained to full satisfaction. The different hearing aids are discussed fitting of hearing aid and assembly and cleaning are throughly shown and talked about until you are confident to do yourself. Follow up appointments are just as informative. All staff from the receptionist to the Audiometrist are very friendly and nothing is to much trouble. You are very well looked after and always feel comfortable

At the annual testing the Lady was both professional and explained each part of the tests in detail, in fact I learned a lot.well done

Staff are friendly and very helpful. I recently had a Lyric device put in and it is the best thing I have done yet. If I have any issues with my device I go straight in and they will help.

Eimear at Advanced Hearing was professional but caring and patient in her handling of what can be a difficult problem. She could not be faulted.
The knowledge, the Aids available and the thorough testing for suitability for a particular hearing aid, were second to none. The follow-up appointments and tweeking for improved comfort and hearing were great. The inclusion of wives/partners a very sensible idea which gives clients that extra bit of understanding.
I have had no hesitation recommending Advanced Hearing to friends and relatives and they also have found the experience pleasant, satisfying and very professional.

Both My husband & I use Advanced hearing for our aids. My husband has a cochlea implant and has exceptional service from all the staff. Their caring and patience in helping a profoundly deaf person to hear is truly wonderful.
