Active Wellness Spa

After hearing and reading all about this new wellness pod, I decided to give it a try with no expectations and lot of curiosity.
Being a mother of 2 young kids, I hardly get time to do something for myself, so this was like relaxing me time.
The room itself was so welcoming, already felt like I was walking into a luxury spa with right music and the beautiful scent.
I was well explained on how to get on the pod, how to control the heat and massage settings. And the next 45mins I was floating on cloud. It was simply amazing.
Even after the pod stopped, I could feel my body in " floating feel". My mind was very calm, peaceful & relaxed as if I just did meditation.
And yes I did sweat, I don't usually sweat even in summer, so this means it really works.
Even next morning I felt my hands were sooo smooth and less wrinkles (I got very dry cracked wrinkle skin)
It still feels same after 7 days now.
Also I could feel my belly fat was looser, it felt like the fat inside was melting.and so much light feel around tummy.

Definitely going for more sessions to get rid of baby tummy fat, to improve my skin and to get "me time relaxation".

When I first saw the Pod, I was curious and wanted to give a try.wow! Wow! Wow! After first session itself I felt so relaxed, lost 494 calories (by just lying down and doing nothing), had a very positive feeling and finally I was sleeping like a baby (so relaxed, tension free) and looking forward for my next session.

I enjoyed the “me time” inside the Pod and would highly recommend this hitech sauna to everyone.

I felt more relaxed and rejuvenated after the very first pod session. Honestly, it was like nothing I have ever experienced before. I left the treatment room floating and in a state of zen. The lovely girl (Maitri) gave me brilliant clear instructions and tips, and answered all my questions happily. I’ll be definitely going for few more sessions in future.

I was very excited when the wellness pod arrived and have loved my sessions. I was diagnosed with a number of complex health problems in the last 2 years and suddenly my body started reacting negatively to everything I tried - except the wellness pod. Rather than flaring up my illnesses, it has actually started improving some symptoms. And all I have to do is lie there and let the pod do its work! With such a busy lifestyle, it feels amazing to just lie still and do nothing while knowing my body is working towards recovery.
