I've been enjoying the wellness pod for over a year and highly recommend the self care. I suffer from osteoarthritis and this helps.

Active Wellness Spa is a welcoming place with professional and kind people who will help you to achieve your goals for your best wellbeing results. I have enjoyed every session of my treatment and with some good results towards the end of what I aim for. Thank you so much for all the girls who were always ready to explain and help.

I absolutely loved my visit to Active Wellness Spa in East Vic Park. From the moment I arrived, I felt comfortable and at ease, and my entire experience was filled with quality service. The spa itself is a beautiful, calming atmosphere, filled with serene aromas, soft music, and well-maintained, relaxing treatment areas.

The staff are warm and friendly, and take time to understand each client's individual needs. During my treatments, I felt the technicians used the most advanced and quality products, providing a thorough and comprehensive experience. I especially enjoyed my deep tissue massage, which was very thorough and rejuvenating.

Overall, I would highly recommend Active Wellness Spa. Their excellent service, great environment and wonderful staff made my visit incredibly positive and enjoyable.

I had the Biohacker treatment yesterday and I was blown away with the results from just 1 treatment. I literally have flat stomach now with only 1 treatment. I feel so amazing, it is such a game changer. Highly recommend this treatment!

AMAZING Active rolling experience:) I really enjoyed the flexibility of choosing how much work was needed in which part of my body, the intensity was up to me as well. However, the machine was extremely easy to use and the positions on the laminate were easy, especially with Crystal's help in explaining exactly how to target each muscle group. I may be completely spoiled and have to make this part of my routine now!

AMAZING! Felt so good afterwards. I wasn't sure what I was in for but having your own pod and being able to adjust the your own settings was great. The environment was perfectly relaxing and Lauren was so lovely

From the booking to the appointment it was super easy, the place is amazing and I felt like a princess the all time.

What an amazing place, from the convenient location to the welcoming vibe you get walking in, the customer service is amazing.my experience with the wellness pod treatment was beyond expectations. I felt so relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards that I will definitely be visiting for a session weekly.

I am a big believer in lymphatic drainage and have tried many remedies but the Body Roll was the next to tackle. Whilst it isn't like having a massage from gentle hands it is just what my body ordered. Instant tingling, vibrating and crazy itching which is all signs that your lymphatic are slowly releasing gunk from your body. I think my tummy, hips, butt, flanks, and back were my fave positions. 7 hours post treatment and I definitely know I have had a date with the Body Roller but feel good. Definitely do not feel as knotted up and tense.

The POD. Well if laying on an ergonomic bed on top of fluffy towel while a soothing massage takes place under the warmth of the light and healing crystals sounds like something you'd like to try then get into Active Wellness Spa. Definitely needed an hour to just completely relax and sweat it out.

If you want to level up your detox and change your body from the inside on a cellular level then you have found the right place.

I loved my first wellness pod session! The owner was so welcoming and informative. I’ve felt warm, cosy & very relaxed all day. Looking forward to my up coming sessions.

Tried the body roll once and have been addicted ever since. The most painfully amazing massage ever! Takes a little to get used to but so worth it. Then to relax in the pod afterwards is next level!
Always look forward to my weekly visit.

My Daughter and I went down to Active Wellness spa yesterday. As soon as you walk in the front door you feel welcome and relaxed. Great atmosphere and decor. Maitri is just beautiful and makes you feel so welcome.
We were there for a BodyRoll session and were guided through all the positions and Maitri showed us how to get the best results when using the machines. After the 45 min session we were greeted with a cool glass of coconut water and a rundown of what we need to do when we get home. What an awesome experience. Feeling great today. Thanks Maitri, definitely be doing a few more sessions.

I absolutely loved my body roll session and pod. I had my first good sleep (9 hours!) in about 6 months. For someone that suffers from insomnia and a lot of stress - I am blown away and will definitely be coming back because I felt amazing. Thank you!

Me and my mum decided to give Active Wellness Spa a try after reading about the amazing benefits of body rolling followed by podding. It's fair to say we are both now addicted! Maitri (the owner) is amazing! She makes you feel right at home from the second you step in the door and has thought of everything. Trust me when I say you will leave Active Wellness Spa feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, stretched, alive and most inportant (to me) HAPPY!

What I have noticed after my 4 visits is; my sleep has improved, my skin is tighter and softer, I've lost 4kg's (along with a healthy diet) and my mood has been incredible. Me and my mum purchased one of the affordable packages which Maitri lets us share - incredible!

I can't recommend Active Wellness Spa highly enough! Do your mind and body a favour and show them some self love with this beautiful experience.

I made a booking for sunday the 29th of oct. Drove the 30mins to get there. To find the place closed. Waited 40 and called the number in their site just to keep getting voicemail. Waste of time and fuel. Cheers for nothing!

After my first visit to Active Wellness Spa I became addicted! There are so many changes I have noticed. It instantly boosts my energy and I feel like my endorphins are on a high ️ my skin feels so much softer and it also helps relieve the pain I get in my knees and ankles from wearing heels all day at work. Would recommend investing in the saver pack because you’ll want to cone back more than once!
