From the moment we walked in we were welcomed by Darren who was very friendly and provided very quick service. The food was absolutely delicious. Would definitely recommend and will be going again for sure.

Hi everyone I go there quite often to Daren‘s small bar I find the service excellent the food excellent the staff are always friendly and attentive and his prices are very good. I would recommend for dinner, breakfast lunch oh just a coffee I whatever you fancy.

Staying at THE CROWN and don't want a massive buffet breakfast. Take the 5-10 minute walk to Darren's Small Bar and have great coffee and a delicious meal
Lots of choice, efficient service and the staff are incredibly friendly. It's an incredibly relaxed atmosphere. Try not to let your wife buy an apartment on the way home.

Nice staff needs a couple of vegan options though so you don't have to request altering the dish

I had the Avo crash and it was seriously, the best cafe breakfast I have ever had.

Not good. Cafe 90% empty and the server just stares you as he fiddles around behind the counter. First and last time thanks!

Lovely place to relax and chill. It has a friendly, cozy vibe and excellent food. The owner must be super cool too because he's a big supporter of Lifeline! Gets my vote.

Simple but lovely menu for breakfast. Relaxed atmosphere. Happy to drop in again for a quick and cheap breakfast.

Today I had a coffee that was about as good as coffee gets. The warmed-up Blueberry muffin was possibly the best muffin I've ever had! The staff there are very nice. 10 out of 10!

Popped in here late afternoon on a Saturday and loved this cozy little restaurant/cafe/bar. What a discovery. Fantastic location, personalised service, and quality of food and wine selection is great. Wonderful ambience and I'll be sure to return here.
