Fun and energetic classes make the time disappear while you have worked up a sweat. I highly recommend attending these classes. Warning: you can get addicted!

What fun! I started classes (virtually) about a six weeks ago and I am hooked! The instructors are great and even though we are not in the same room, it really feels like we are having fun together! I always feel amazing after a class.

I have done Zumba in the past however no instructor compares to Keren. She is electric, and even during COVID her positive energy radiates through the screen! I have been doing classes through online recordings and it is very convenient to be able to do a class whenever I want, whether it’s in my lunch break or before work, and I’m definitely feeling the physical and mental benefits. Keren, thank you for continuing the classes during these strange times, they have brought me a lot of joy amidst all the chaos!

I have been attending United by Keren Zumba classes for 9 years and they are always the highlight of my week. Keren and her team of instructors bring so much energy and passion to zumba. Since covid, they have not missed a Latin beat.quickly moving to outdoor classes and then shifting to online classes. I also love the replays so I can fit it in around my work day. I have danced my way through this lock down, staying healthy and keeping my spirits up. I can’t recommend Keren and the team highly enough. Perfect way to start or end a work day! Thanks UBK team.

I've been doing these classes for many years. Generally I HATE exercise but these Zumba classes are fun fun fun - non-intimidating atmosphere - cannot recommend Keren and her team highly enough! Go!

I started attending Keren's Zumba classes about 4 years ago and quickly became hooked! Who can resist exercise that feels like a party? ! Keren and her team are highly professional and motivating. The atmosphere is welcoming and supportive of all ages and levels of experience. When Keren took her classes online due to social distancing requirements, I bought class membership for family members in London, NY and Connecticut and we all Zumba-d together. It was such a fun way to stay connected and get fit at the same time. Highly recommended!

The best Zumba classes in the area. Keren never disappoints with her selection of music and moves. It doesn't matter if you can't follow to moves, having fun and moving around is what matters. Great coach who motivates and pushes you to do your best.

Zumba is Gold, I have never been so devoted to doing excercise until doing Zumba with Keren. Keren's classes never get boring and don’t feel like a workout. You don't have to have a dance background to love or do Zumba. Keren's enthusiasm and love for dance rubs off onto you. Everyone should get out there and join the Party! But be careful as its highly addictive: D

Zumba United is incredibly well-run where I found all of the instructors to be really passionate and enthusiastic. It really rubs off on you! Nothing better than getting fit whilst having fun.
