I started Zumba with keren about 3 months ago and it has been a wonderful experience. I have done Zumba for many years and missed it after my regular class had shutdown during Covid. Keren is extremely knowledgable and motivational as a trainer and extremely supportive as a person. She gives you the tools to succeed whilst simultaneously teaching you the value of consistency and creating daily healthy habits. She helps you identify what is holding you back and gives you constant cheerleading on your health and fitness journey. Highly recommend.

Super fun classes and great professional instructors. Great for all levels of fitness with different options depending on what you are wanting to achieve. Workouts have never been so fun!

Keren and her team are relatable, friendly and break down the moves so easily that every class feels like a party with friends! As well as getting all the benefits of an awesome workout, it's everything, the music, the fun vibe and energy that keeps me coming back. Highly recommended.

The music is a mix between Latina, Israli, and Pop and will pump you up like nothing else.
You will also break a swet and feel your body getting slimmer weeks after weeks.

Keren and her team are amazing. Kept us going firing lockdowns. It’s great to move after sitting most day at work. The music is great and very versatile. If you are looking for a class to have fun and exercise this is the one for you!

Only started doing Zumba recently and just love it! The sessions are a nice mix of fun dancing and doing a workout at the same time.

In the weekend, my wife and I always do the session together which is even more fun. And we sometimes throw in our own version of a move
Zumba Gold is a nice way to get used to the steps because it’s at a lower pace and helps me personally recover from other workouts I do during the week.
