I started going to Zoma about 3 months ago and my eyebrows have been perfect ever since! Not many places know how to shape thick eyebrows but these girls do it so well. The service is impeccable and everybody is super friendly and patient.

I am new to St Kilda and will definitely be coming to see Saloni regularly because she did a wonderful job threading my eyebrows.

I visited melbourne from Germany last month and had few services done at Zoma beauty, girls are Very proffesional and absolutely extra ordenary customer service, i had brow shape and eye lash extension and it was so beautifully done, very comfertable and relaxing place results.
Definitely will highly recommend.

Poor service and what can only be described as an embarrassing result. I am a blonde now with two huge black eyebrows. I guess I’ll be hiding at home for a week or two. No apology, not even the offer of a discount.
She barely spoke two words to me on arrival and I definitely should have asked to see my eyebrows after they were “shaped” before the henna tint. (she certainly didn’t offer).
The chair was too small for me and hurt my back as I was instructed to “move down” despite my clear discomfort. (I was offered a cushion after I asked)
After closer inspection of my lash lift and tint has not achieved a satisfactory result either.

I will not be back.

They are doing great job.excellent customer service.i diffently recommend to the ladies.go there and take good treatment from them.

Highly recommend Saba is very professional and experienced lady, I always done my eyebrows, tint, eyelash lift from this salon. All the staff are very professional and friendly.i can say they are specailised in all beauty services

Annoyed at myself for booking in here, I really wanted a relaxing experience which I assumed a beauty salon would deliver, but this one was far from it. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by blaring loud Indian music (Not a racist comment at all as I am an Indian person myself, but dont want to listen to this music when I go to a beauty salon to relax!). The girl who did my lash lift told me to relax and take off my jacket and she would turn the heating on for me as it was freezing, I did so, but half way through the session she turned the heating off and I was freezing again, as my eyes were closed and being worked on, I couldn't put on my jacket! I was cold and couldnt wait to get out of the place.

Prices are slightly cheaper but I would rather pay a bit more and have a nicer experience. The appointment itself was average, I would have preferred the technician wear gloves, my eyes were also burning a few times, especially at the end, took a few minutes to stop the burn but it was ok after she washed them out.

Lack of ambience has totally put me off, will not return.

I was with a friend for her eyebrow treatment and after a nice chat about my eyebrows with the expert Saba I decided to try their service and I did mine too.

Couldn't be more happy with the final result. Saba and the ladies are very welcoming, fast and professional.

I am very picky with who I get to do my eyebrows and am always a little hesitant to try someone knew, but I am so glad I tried out Zoma. I get my eyebrows threaded and tinted and am always extremely happy with the end product. Saba and the girls are very professional, and I can tell they have a genuine passion for what they do which gives me great confidence in going to them! Highly recommend. Not pricey and better quality than another place I went to in St Kilda.

I had my waxing and lash lift, also had my eyebrow shaped at zoma beauty with Saba it was fabulous, I always wanted this shape which I never could get anywhere else, Love it, worth of money and time.

I have been coming to this place since Saba opened it. She is amazing in threading, tinting and all the other treatments. She is the only person I will go to for my eyebrows. A must go to place, very kind, reliable and good quality.
