DO NOT GO HERE! The only reason this place is even getting one star is because you can’t put 0/5 stars! Absolutely appalling customer service, the woman botched my friends eyebrows and brought her to floods of tears with how rude and snappy she was! The woman claimed that it’s not her fault that she made her eyebrows too thin and that she can’t stick hairs back on her face! After her horrible attitude towards my friend I was reluctant to comment on how a $90 lash lift should at least lift your lashes! Despite ruining my friends eyebrows she refused to give her a refund claiming that “this is happening too much lately” however we’re confused at how this is our fault when the fault clearly lies with her inability to do the most basic of beauty treatments!

Highly recommend if possible I'll give u 100 start, My fiancee looked so pretty after doing lash lift & Makeup from you

I did my eyebrows with thread, just cleaning but she didn’t take time to do well! I’m not satisfied, if she have take maybe more time maybe she will see that I had still some hairs and the shape are not very good… 25$ for that is not fair!

As a guy, it can be a bit daunting heading off to get the ol' brows done. But they checked in with me throughout the entire process, explained how to position my hands on my face - instead of forcefully grabbing them and throwing me around in the chair lol. Highly recommend; best eyebrow place I've been to!

Do not go here! Worst experience I’ve ever had. This lady completely stuffed my eyebrows. One is higher than the other, they are 2 different shapes completely. One is completely thinned out, the other thick and she made my eyebrows unsymmetrical. So embarrassed to leave the house like this. She claimed to be able to “shape them” and charged me $65. I requested a refund to which she declined. She pointed at her certification and said she was experienced in the beauty industry. I’ve never paid so much for such bad service. My eyebrows are completely stuffed. Word of warning, do not let this woman touch your eyebrows or your face. Never been so upset by a “beauty specialist” treatment. Also appalling customer service when I complained and she said it is bad for her business to give refunds. Unfortunately, your business was bad for my face!

I have been coming to Zoma for over a year now, I have had my eyebrows done elsewhere whilst on holiday and they completely ruined them. Would only trust Zoma with my brows now always leave happy

Shazia is AMAZING! After many years of waxing my brows to a thin 90s look, I needed a brow makeover and the feathering microblading is amazing. I love my new brows which have great volume, shape and style. Highly recommended

I have been to Zoma for quite a number of times now and whenever I go there it’s always so welcoming. I love the staff and the service. I always get my eyebrows shaped by Saloni and I absolutely love the perfect shape she gives to my brows.
