Went with my partner and had to wait one hour just to wait for food and food wasn’t good at all, very average taste. Wouldn’t go there again.

Hi We been at ziyka on Saturday travelled from tarneit but return very disappointed. Food was ok not extra ordinary.but receptionist guy very arrogant when I pay he don't say hello, hi even no one asked how was food once they delivered at table. My expectations was different. Thx anyway for food.

No service at all. Overpriced food with no cleanness. I had a dinner here and got food poison the very next day because of not well cooked chicken used in curries.

The amazing part is that they don’t accept cards, only cash payment. Upon asking they replied their EFPOTS is not working when I insisted they finally brought the machine and took the payment via card but the receipt they provided didn’t have any ABN Number on it. Wow. What a dodgy restaurant it is. They are dodging the Govt and not paying Taxes on what they earn.

Reporting them to ATO.

Very rude staff. Ordered takeaway as they did not provide a table after waiting for a period advise by them and then we were asked to wait outside on the street until they prepared the food in a very rude manner. Just interested in making money. No value of customers.

Never expected such an amazing vegetarian food at Ziyka.

The restaurant maintained social distancing and the menu was completely online (scanned via the QR code). The service was prompt and the food was delicious. Will definitely visit again.

Must try vegetarian starter- Achari paneer!

We got there at 7pm on a Saturday and only got a table at 9.30pm (2.5hrs!) because they do not take bookings! We had heard a lot of good reviews about the food so really wanted to try it out. The food was no doubt delicious and very flavourful but the 2.5hrs wait was really painful especially with 5 kids! Hence the 2 stars. There were so many people waiting similarly. Some people were also getting a table earlier even if they arrived after us just because they knew the owners which was very unfair! I think they could really make it a great experience if they just accepted bookings so people didn't have to endure a long wait and help keep it a bit more organised for everyone!

Staff is highly impolite and doesn’t know how to talk. Food was cold and tasteless, biryani was boiled rice only. BBQ was undercooked and smelly. Wouldn’t recommend ever.

Had chicken kastoori handi yesterday.
Was very good.
Bbq platter yam.

But you gays need much improvement s in customer service/care.

Start the dinner with a selection of kebabs from its kebab platter Malai and kasturi boti are my favourites. Then Tender soft mutton with your choice of gravy with goat pulao makes a day. The hot and soft gulab jamun satisfies your sweet tooth. Portions are good. Really enjoyed dinner at Ziyka. I expect some good deals for me though.

If u want to try any pakistani cousine, you must visit this resturant.

Goat puloa is amazing, meat is very soft and it just melts. Chicken biryani was also amazing. I recommend Ziyka supreme platter as well.

Food and the environment was good but the most of female staffs are sour faced I don't know why? When you are Hungry and starving for the food this is not the place to go because the Waiting period is a bit longer.management need to take serious action to improving their services to customers satisfaction.

Wrong orders, too much salt and sometimes food is not fresh even. Plus, they keep having mood swings if you don't bring exact change of coins or cash in $5 notes. They can use a bank if they are short on coins or notes you know.

Delicious and very healthy. Very friendly staffs and they do their best to serve you even they are hell busy. If you like south asian food try this pakistani joint.

Worst Customer service. A customer complained about late food and was threatened and were told to leave the place when they were eating. Very disappointed
