ZEN Gaming Lounge

Hands down the best internet cafe I’ve ever been to, the staff are amazing the food and drinks are great, and the price is very good compared to other internet cafes I’ve been to. Plus the new members thing? I love it! And finally the PCs aren’t cheap, with dem mice and keyboards, AND Razer headphones. Would recommend it to everyone. (Wish we had a place like this back in the UAE).

Finally a LAN place that isn't greasy and messy from food, and all the games actually work, and receptionist can actually understand what you are saying and knows what's going on and is helpful, and the desk layout is nice and not cramped.this is how a LAN joint should be run not like other garbage like c4 and OP gaming etc.

Best gaming cafe i have ever been to, really fun and inviting place, even if they don't have the game you want; you can still install it and they will even refund you the time it took absolutely mad

There was some problems as not all PC had Rainbow Six installed. Had lots of requests, but the staffs were extremely helpful.
They also have 144hz monitors with a slight increase of price per hour. Fairly decent rigs, and lots of refreshments too! Highly recommended.

Amazing place would recommend for party's only problem is that you have to own the game if you want to play and if the computer does not have the game you must download it. But aside from that the rigs where decent maybe there could be better monitors but still loved the place:)

Really good customer service. Helpful and kind staff. My twix smoothie was a bit late however they upgraded my friend and myselfs smoothie to a large. Decent food prices for the quality and nice computers. I was also downloading raindbow six and they offered to refund the time it took to download and they also give free water.

True, you may have to download games if you play on a different computer each time, but the internet is extremely quick!
Also the food and drink is a bit expensive but luckily there is a metro opposite Zen.

Great place. Good computers. Black room wasn't worth it. Just get the regular set up and enjoy! It's really fun

I thought Zen was a great, convenient and affordable for friends to enjoy games. Great ping, computers, environment and unlike other Internet cafes, you can use your own mice and other equipment. Highly recommend

This place is reasonably priced but is quite dated.
I know maintaining things costs money and to fix everything that breaks as soon as possible can get very costly but what about programs/games on the pc? Everytime you go you need to download the game again if its not on the pc.
You should be able to request an install for a game so you don't need to download it every time you go.

The headphone cable is so short you can't even recline the chair and relax to do what ever it is on the pc.
