Had fun with friends honestly recommend it for people looking to get competitive on high end pc's

Awesome place and setup. Staff were great and accommodating. Also great recommendations for some snacks they have available, get the membership as you'll want to revisit.

Nice selection of food and drinks at good prices. Would recommend any of their fruit teas. You can also never go wrong with a classic pearl milk tea. As a night owl, I love that they open until late. Their website says 24/7 but it actually closes at 2am (I assume that change happened after covid).

Asked the difference between the 'black room' and normal lounge and was told it is better equipped and limited with 10 ppl. Well guess I should have asked one more question: better how - Geforce 960 for $8/hr is just so below average and WoW crashed due to shortage of RAM. I wonder whats the graphic and rams like on normal PCs. As for the other selling point, there was only 3 ppl including me but unfortunately one of the guys playing CS was loud af the whole time plus smashing the table. He claimed that he booked the spot for a month so not recommended forthe next few weeks. In co.trast the normal lounge sounds all quite. Only upside for me are the non-sticky headset/mouse and friendly staff.

The moniters are only 60 hrtz which is a huge difference to other gaming cafes offering 144-240hrtz monitors. It was always very oily and greasy and I couldn't play many games due to not being able to update windows.

As a frequent visitor, Its really nice here, the snack store is pleasant but I hope more snacks are added there. And the milk teas and drinks are lovely Only issue is sometimes the computers arent turned on even when informed but that rarely happens. Overall, awesome staff and it feels warm and comfy

Had a great session here recently. Quality gaming equipment and friendly staff. Will be back again.

12 dollars for 3 hours on a decent PC. Shop for snacks downstairs.

Great lounge, it was very easy to start playing my game, the chair was comfortable, and the internet was very fast with low ping. I was playing on a West coast US server and only getting 100ms. Additionally, the prices are really great and the staff were helpful. I'll definitely be back.

The Staff were nice, but the PCs are so old. The maintance room was open and smelt like weed, I've been to parties that have smoke rooms and they didn't even compare to that room at ZEN it was actually crazy

I had booked 3 spots to game with my friends, however one of the spots got taken because a member is able to just come in and sit wherever they like. I feel like it’s very unfair especially when there was a spot on the other side for the duo to sit. The staff seemed like they didn’t want to ask the member to move because they are a “member”. My advice in other words is don’t go there unless you are a member because your spot might be taken up. Go to fortress instead, the staff there are nicer and they won’t give your spot away.

The internet is slow for a gaming lounge and the game that I wanted to play had to update which took 10 minutes on top already. Another 3 minutes for the game to launch and the mouse were all different, like my friend on pc (80) had a mouse that you can change the DPI but my mine and my other friend on pc 81 & 82 cannot change anything.

Not worth to play game here worst pc all small screen 10 series gpu old Intel cpu. Mouse pad little one

The atmosphere is sublime and it's in a great spot. Bubble tea, Asian snacks and it's near that burger join too. Can't complain and the people there are legends

Fantastic gaming lounge equip with tonnes of PCs, consoles and a lounge area to relax in and watch movies. Snackie Chan's downstairs provides tasty snacks alongside the Teaser bubble tea bar covering you for a full night of gaming! The staff are always friendly and helpful with speedy service + free boardgames if you buy any drink!

Drinks take forever and all my time was just trying to login. There are no refunds so don't go if you don't like water drinks

It was okay but could be better, they have cheap kogan keyboards, terrible 1080p benq panels that don't even get 144hz only 60 at 1080p.
