The place is quite for having nice breakfast, and staff are friendly and helpful.
Just their cake and pastries range wasn’t great.
Coffees are great.

Great experience dining here at Zeins. We visited on a busy morning but the service was still great. The food cane out quickly and was really good. Great food, great service and great decor. I definitely recommend this place.

Visited Zeins Authentic in the heart of Heidelberg yesterday to catch up with my good friend for brunch.

We sat outside the front of the cafe as it was a lovely sunny day and felt extremely comfortable and relaxed.

We tried:
- Strawberries & Cream Bowl
- Nourish Bowls
- Pita Pockets
- Feeling Green
- Banana Nut

With such a welcome front of house in Sam you feel at home as soon as you walk into this Lebanese cafe. The food and drinks we're impeccable with my favourite dish being the nourish bowl. I would absolutely recommend this cafe and plan to return shortly!

Manger at restaurant was making a big scene yelling at a previous employee today and made everyone feel very uncomfortable to eat there. Quite an unprofessional environment and service wasn't good at all.

This place is a joke. The owner treats his employees disgustingly, with no respect and it is quite obvious after reading numerous reviews online that his customers get treated the same way. Stay away!

Employees get treated like dirt by the owner who is extremely rude and condescending. Made to feel uncomfortable and looked down upon. Do not go here if you encourage this kind of behaviour.

Staff were so rude to us when we went. Food was slow to arrive. Guarantee going you will not be impressed. Not happy.

If you want foreign objects in your meal then this is the restaurant for you! Will not be returning

My family and I had a yummy lunch today at this beautiful restaurant. The food and drink were fresh, flavoursome and brilliant. The staff and manager were attentive and wonderful to us all including my daughter Rebecca. Highly recommended.

Came here on a Sunday morning when it almost empty and waited over 40 minutes for toast, while having the owner pretentiously correcting me on what type of bread I could have. And top it all off a surcharge on using card that I wasn’t informed of until I paid! Completely un-compliant with common decency and consumer law. Food was decent and the coffee was okay, however not enough to redeem Zein’s performance.

Really lovely food, great atmosphere. A bit on the pricey side but definitely worth the money you pay

Unfortunately I didnt even get to taste the food. The waitress there was so rude I got up and left then she yelled after me because I had put a sugar in my coffee while I looked at the menu. I went next door and was much happier. When I rang later on and spoke directly with the owner I was made to feel as though my concerns were an annoyance to him.

Looking for a relaxed breakfast/coffee. Slow service no cutlery given no water. 20 mins to get a toasted sandwich. Coffee was weak asked for strong other beverage was Luke warm. Then paying tried to over charge us by $20. Will not return

Went there for a dinner party. It is a great place. The service was excellent. The food was delicious. I had the braised lamb shank. The lamb was so tender it just melts in your mouth. Lovely atmosphere for a get together like we had. Food was served in a very timely manner considering we had about 15 people at our table. Will definitely be back to this wonderful place. 10/10

Nice addition to the available restaurants in Heidelberg. Party of 8. Went for the buffet. Food was good. Reasonable value. Varied experience with the service with several in our party arguing against leaving any tip!

Fabulous local eatery. Fresh fresh ingredients and gorgeous staff. Just had the best lunch and tried the turmericino! YUM!

Excellent food and service. Also BYO. Lebanese food in this delightful restaurant. Not too noisy so good place if you want to talk

As a visitor from Sydney we don't have any top quality Lebanese restaurants in the North shore Area. The food I had with my family was fantastic. Service was excellent, good size portions and the bill was reasonable. Will be back again when in Melbourne.
