Awesome service. A few months ago, my computer is dead, and they help me change a new mac screen and help me save a couple of dollars compare to Apple shop. Today My computer is dead, they help me quickly find a problem and fix it without extra charge. Recommend to go there!

Took computer in for repair. Got computer back home and found a new issue. Tried calling to discuss and nobody answered the phone. Sent an email describing the issue and got no reply.
I guess once they got the money that was the end of the transaction for them. Avoid these guys if you want respectful service.

My husband and I had really bad experience here. We had an Alienware need to be fixed up because it could not power up and few weeks after they said they could not fix it. We accepted that because we thought it was a big problem too. We took it to another shop to seek advice and the staff said one of the component on the main board was removed! We did not believe that so we changed to another shop and they gave me the same answer! So it ended up that we had to spend extra 400 bucks to make up their mistake! If you want to choose this shop please look through my feedback first!

They provided excellent customer service. I get new battery and upgraded ram for my macbook pro 2011. They gave good price and no cost hardware diagnostic. They also provided a honest suggestion. Definitely recommended.

Great service, I had an old macbook screen supplied and replaced here, although I did have an issue with the screen after replacement (as can happen with used computer parts), I returned and they backed up their service and promptly sorted out the problem.

I would use them for further services if need be.

Awesome customer service. Saved me approx. $1,000 on the quote I got from my Laptop manufacturer to fix and worked hard on the laptop until they found a cost effective solution.
The main fixing guy was a top bloke too, highly recommend.

EXTERNALLY POOR SERVICE AND PRETTY MUCH ALL POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKE, I PAID MORE THAN $700 FOR 3 COMPUTERS TO BE FIXED BECAUSE HE WAS USING SECOND HAND PARTS, AFTER FEW MONTHS I HAD THE SAME ISSUES, I CAN'T TAKE THEM BACK BECAUSE HE WAS GIVING ME ONLY THREE MONTHS WARRANTY THAT'S ALL, WHICH I DIDN'T USE OFTEN.

I visited ZD Laptop Service Centre on July 11th 2019, as i needed a new Dell charger and power lead for my Dell laptop. I was dealt with by Mrs Annie. She was polite, and friendly, and explained all about the charger before proceeding with the sale. While I was at the shop, I mentioned to Mrs Annie that I would like Windows 10 for my laptop. I was told that this could be done in a short period of time. I was given strong advice to transfer all my data etc to an external HD before the installation of Windows 10. Annie found that my Hard drive was not big enough to accommodate the new windows and explained to me the cost of installing a 2TB hdd, she then gave me the option of proceeding or cancelling the job. I decided to proceed, and have to say that I am VERY happy with the standard of work, plus the time and patience shown toward me in explaining all the "tech details" to me!
This week, I have been back to ZD Laptop Service Centre, because of a WiFi problem with my laptop. This time I dealt with Mr Dong. What a great problem-solver he is! Everything has been fixed, but what impresses me more than anything else, is the friendly and polite manner in which all details are clearly explained, and then the choice to proceed or cancel is left with the customer. Yes, Mr Dong and Mrs Annie are new to Australia, and sometimes accents can prove difficult (for both parties!) but with their patient and polite manners.we get there TOGETHER!

Had few laptops to be fixed, cost me a fortune to fix them, too EXPENSIVE, after few months had the same issues, can' t go back because i had only 3 months warranty. AVOID IF YOU CAN, 100% SCAM

The lady and the owner was very nice and knowledgeable about various problems with electronics and gadgets. I solicited advice on how to go about with my broken laptop and they were honest enough to tell me that it's still valuable thus they recommended to have it repaired than buy a new one. Also, they are very honest with their dealings and they are very thorough in their inspection. I highly recommend their services. The price is reasonable. They also gave advice on future care such as check the charger, you need to check for this and that, little things that as a gadget owner, I would not have thought of. I value this add on service as it makes me aware on how to better care for my things.

I have a 17 year old MAC which I ABSOLUTELY LOVE when it stoped working ZD Laptop Service Centre fixed it within less then 24 hours. All my files were recovered my MAC got updated and now it's up and running better then ever!

They didn’t charge me crazy fees and I strongly recommend them!

Can’t recommend this place enough. I had to get my MacBook Pro screen replaced and out of 5 nearby places I got quoted, they were the cheapest by $350. When I picked up my laptop they had also thoroughly cleaned the inside and fixed my down key that was missing - free of charge! Will be back for any computer issues in my family in the future.
