Great service from the people at ZD. My 2015 Macbook Pro 15-inch is really an important part of my business. They were able to repair it and return to me fully functioning again. Well packaged for the express post back. I would recommend them for repairs to your laptop.

Fixed my MacBook pro screen within 24 hours. Explained the process clearly and showed the issue was a known fault however apple was no longer fixing it for free.
They use genuine apple parts from what I was told too.

Got my first laptop off them 7 years ago and it’s still running today wouldn’t even think about going anywhere else to be honest they have the best customer service you could ask for and such affordable prices for amazing service so highly recommend them for any computer or laptop needs

I recently got my laptop repaired through them. They are very polite to talk to and go extra lengths to help their customers. Turnaround time was pretty quick as well. I definitely recommend it.

This husbands and wife store may seem less than appealing from the outside, but I can assure you that not only are their prices better than most places in Melbourne but they’re exceptionally good at diagnosing and servicing Apple Mac products. I had my battery replaced and with the battery nearly a year out started showing signs of degradation - they replaced it and ran diagnostics to boot. Very happy with their service and tech support. Highly recommended.

Excellent service, we've purchased a Macbook in the past from ZD for a good price and had that serviced, and today had a PC put back into working order (which was urgently needed to complete an assignment!) as we waited with a new power supply - parts (including a new power supply) and labour for $150 was excellent value. Highly recommended.

Absolutely zero help and complete indifference.
After explaining that I have had an intermittent problem with my laptop not turning on, and some discussion about whether or not my charger was working, he managed to start the laptop (which showed 90% charged battery) and simply asked "why are you here". No explanation, no offer to further investigate, just went back to working on another computer in the public area of the shop.
A one star rating is too much really, but the system won't let me post otherwise

Very helpful with anything computer related. Fixes all my laptops and computers quickly and gives excellent advice. Great service and nice obliging people. The Best.
