Terrible food.have tried zambero's twice now and no better second time. Have had both burrito's and burrito bowl. Burrito bowl very little meat and it was luke warm, rice clumpy/soggy like over cooked and not rinsed well. Mainly salad. Burrito again meat filling luke warm. I wont be going back just not enjoyable meal

Definitely not a food to eat while you are driving. Tastes awesome and you can enjoy it later when you find half of it running down your shirt

We drive past Zombrero's 4 to 5 times a week finally decided to check out the food. Worst food ever. Spent $40. They got the order wrong, the Burrito was soggy and full of onion and lettuce hardly any meat. Meat was terrible tasted like defrosted mutton. The bowl was 3/4 lettuce and onion the rest was corn with a bit of meat and rice. The taco was so bad my daughter refused to eat it! It makes McDonald's and Subway look like fancy gourmet food. Waste of money had to cook dinner after wasting my money. Very very disappointed. Stay away!

We've just waited 1 hour and 45 minutes to received a batch of Stone Cold nachos and a taco smashed all over the foam container, we've binned them and our $40+ dollars.

I tried calling you multiple times and when that failed I called Menulog and they tried calling you multiple times but that failed because your number is apparently disconnected.

In the interim I've ordered the pizza from a store in Mornington that will deliver it's within a reasonable time and feed us as we're pretty bloody hungry at 8 p.m. We we won't use you any more.

The food is good absolutely but the workers are slowpor Gonzalez (speed Gonzalez) it takes 20 minutes for a already pré cooked meal. Every time that I order is the something. But if I order from any other Zambrero none of this waiting. But as I always in mornington and love the food you know get tempted and go into the same place. That was my last one is getting worse. I wouldn't go advise anyone in a hurry to visit MORNINGTON ZAMBRERO.

I have been here multiple times, each time I leave dissatisfied. From the chips being stale to missing ingredients. I now refuse to go to this Zambreros as you cannot see the food be made infront of you. They need to make this store like the others "subway style" so you are able to see them place the ingredients into your purchased food.

Terrible service!
2 hours waiting for our door to be delivered. I rang after an hour and a half to be told. It's out for delivery just give it another 10 minutes.call back 15 minutes later to be told it's just gone out the door now for delivery. I don't take kindly to lying to the customer!
It's been 2 hours now and I still havnt received my food as I'm writing this.

Disgusting service.

To update! It is now 2 and a half hours past ordering. I have contact menu log for a refund who had called the store. They will not refund as the store says it's on the way.store has closed! And menu log refuses to refund and they use their own drivers and they can not track delivery. They have stolen my money and not delivered anything.

Amazing quality food, not too expensive so definitely worth the cost and love love love the massive meal donation sign

30 minute wait for pick up from my online order (which is acceptable), then had to wait a further 20 minutes in store, they hadn’t even started my order when I arrived to pick up. I wasn’t the only customer in the store at the time who was experiencing this very delayed service. Not happy
