Zambrero Mornington

The latin lady (not sure latin) working today 22nd jan 2.25 pm was super rude and was making faces when i ask to toast the burrito. I take my lunch from zambrero daily. Never had a issue with any1 great service great food
But today lady was too rude and racial. First i had order big burrito. And while making quesdilla the bake paper becomes wet because there was water on the surface and she didn't clean.
She make me a small burrito
And she was in too hurry that she didnt acknowledge my preferences.
Worst experience. Super rude

Im a pretty regular customer & avid zambrero enjoyer, came in on the 23/11 around 7pm and was served by a diligent young worker.he was super communicative and helpful, and very conscientious.we were very impressed with the quality, size and satisfaction of the burritos.to our surprise, the burritos were so well wrapped that nothing fell on the plate like it usually does.didnt get his name but he was wearing a cap. 10/10 would love to be served by him again

The staff was very rude and disinterested in serving.didn't even have courtesy to say hi or hello, was not interested in making th e burrito. At the end the experience was so bad that the burrito taste felt awful. Highly not recommending this place.

Horrible service from the 2 girls, given really bad attitude when I asked for salad items and was then asked to pay while still trying to order my meal which I then asked for drinks and received more attitude as I hadn’t decided what I was having in my meal. Received no customer service etiquette from them & extremely bad attitude & bad organisation from the girls for absolutely no reason

I really need to leave this review because I have only had really positive experiences here, and I’ve decided that Zambrero leaves GyG for dead. I used to be a fan of GyG but my overall experiences have Zambrero, and especially this store, ahead by a country mile. The staff are always friendly, helpful and efficient, and the food is always well presented, fresh and tastes unbelievable. I always leave here chirpy as.very context after my Mexican fix. Keep up the good work, I’ll be making the trip to Morno instead of Cranbourne from now on, even if it is an extra 10 minutes

I thought Guzman y Gomez was the king of Mexican fast food, however, I think Zambrero takes the crown!

The food just tastes more natural, healthier, clean and less fast-foody tasting compared to GYG.

Honestly the best lunch i have ever had! I had the burrito. The staff were excellent helpful and friendly. The price was a bargain for what you get. I will be back for sure!

I went to Zambrero in Mornington tonight to get a burrito and asked for corns chips and guacamole separately and payed for it but yet the guy put it in as the chips and guacamole together in the burrito which is not what I asked for. Once confronted the girl was very rude and abrupt about the whole thing and ask well if you want the chips and guacamole separately then you have to pay another $1.90. The other girl said we can do it for nothing or as a refund as you have already paid for it and the other girl rejected and said no.

Me and a group of friends arrived from the city only 30 mins before closing, staff were super accomodating and friendly as they made our 7 meals right before pack down.best tasting burritos on the peninsula

Best zambrero I have been to in Oz.attention to detail is evident throughout as the phone is not just thrown on top of each other and placed with care.nice

I've been here a few times lately and it's honestly worth the price.
At least for the burritos, I normally get the small and they sure as hell pack them full, which is awesome.

I've yet to try any other menu item so not sure on the value, but all the ingredients are very fresh and flavourful.

No regularity to when they deliver. Sometimes they choose to, sometimes they don’t. On the rare occasion they decide to accept an online order and deliver it, it turns up late and cold.

I Have never had Mexican and I can tell you I will be going back. Food was super tasty and well priced.

Zambrero good and menu is good, but this operation lets the brand down massively. Slow, food is always delivered cold. Staff don't seem to care at all. Management needs a shake up big time.

Fantastic choice of burritos! Always friendly and welcoming staff. It's always a pleasure to have take away from Zambreros.

I can't see a reply button on the review area and I'm not bothered to check how, but this was just an urge that I wanted to share to others. Maybe you can give the bottle to someone else, as we have left Victoria and there is no reason to come back just for a bottle. 3

I am constantly blown away by the level of service and food this business upholds, and especially during this incredibly tough time for the industry. They have their own fleet of cars, they are consistently quicker to deliver and pick up that most local businesses, and they are a brand who sit really well for me for what they do for the community. Well done everyone involved in this business

Service is amazing, staff are really friendly and helpful.
Food is so/so as the condiments are overwhelming and can't taste the meat so there is no blance of flavours that Mexican is great for.
Servings are large so you're full but you would rave about it.
