When it comes to the weekends the staff are so lazy that they pay no attention to the customers who are waiting and if it's a big order they start making faces which is annoying

Ordered the big burrito with beef and jalepenos through uber. Burrito arrived with no beef or jalepenos! Seriously, all rice and lettuce with some tiny amounts of veg. Very disappointing. As a friend of one of the founders, I can honestly say they would be disgusted in this. Not good enough.

Had a great time with the team down in Sydney road. Boy Howdy can they whip up a burrito over there. Would recommend highly!

They make decent Salsas, but not spicy enough. It's difficult to handle the Salsas which are made with soft shells.

The young woman who served me today (Sat 15th April) was very rude. If you’re having a bad day don’t come to work and take your frustration out on customers!

I frequently visit this Zombrero branch and have been consistently impressed by the exceptional service provided by the staff, with Elliette standing out as a shining example. Even during the busiest times, Elliette greets me with a warm smile and always goes the extra mile to ensure my order is just right. I am writing this review to express my appreciation for Elliette's outstanding customer service.

Moreover, the atmosphere of the restaurant is always lively and welcoming, and the food is consistently delicious. I would like to commend the entire team for their hard work and dedication to providing an excellent experience for a fast food chain. Keep up the good work!

For a quick, delicious and nutritious meal I cannot recommend the vegetarian IQ burrito enough. The service here is also always amazing. The way the team works together to get your order filled quickly and efficiently is so good to watch.

Zambrero? Zamright! Big burrito is da biznesss. Not for the faint of heart, this thing is heavy and stuffed well with an impressive fold. A variety of filling salads toppings and the sauces are full of flavour, go the barbacoa beef for the win

Hearty and filling food, but hold the 'lettuce'. This was only my second visit to a Zambrero, and the server was very helpful in talking me through the menu. I decided on a chicken burrito, and when asked if I wanted shredded lettuce, I said yes. Big mistake. It would have been a great burrito if not for the fact that the lettuce mix was incredibly bitter. I ended up unwrapping it and picking out as much greenery as I could. Let's hope the lettuce shortage eases up soon!

Got food poisoning this evening. I was 100% fine and then ordered the nachos. Within two hours I was bent over with stomach cramps and symptoms to ghastly to post on here. Shame…

I frequent zambreros regularly, usually in Richmond. This was the worst burrito I’ve ever had. Cold, tasteless and barely any filling. The Bain Maries were dirty and had food cross contaminating into other foods, not to mention the old bits of rice and beans lying around and spilled across the lids. Customer service was atrocious. Will not be returning.

One of my favourite Mexican places. Food is tasty and healthy with options like black rice and IQ salsa. For Mexican food lovers out there, this is not authentic Mexican food but a fusion of the cuisine with healthy ingredients, but tastes is really good

Worst burritos ever had. Full of old mushy rice. Barely any thing we else including beans. No guacamole. Sweet sauce when ordered hot chilli sauce.

Was served by their extremely mindless and rude female staff. Very unpleasant experience and would rather order from a vending machine. Would never recommend to visit this place

Lovely friendly staff who are very willing to guide u through what u would like to order and always giving advice on combos and what they can do for u or add for an extra charge but the food is very good sized but underwhelming on flavour but overall a great place for aussie taste bud non authentic mexican

The staff was super helpful as I've never been there before and directed me through the process helpfully with honest tips and tricks including what costs extra and what they can do for free. Not every day the staff is as helpful as good as the food tasted as it was also very tasty for fast food mexican. Would recommend if you are tempted by Tex mex to satisfy your needs.
