Zagame's Reservoir Hotel reviews
70The coffees were great, however, as my wife is lactose intolerant and prefers lactose free milk, the soy or almond options weren't an option.she ended up getting a tea.
Great place to go if u have young kids, this centre has a great kids play area to keep them busy & having fun. Food is really good too so all up, a great place to relax & enjoy your evening.
Food was great. Best Parma I have had in a while, not too thick, nice cheese melt, chips were good too. Even ate the salad.
Umm the skill tester zone needs a security guard. Changed a $2 coin into tokens to be met by a kid trying to take them before I had a chance. When I said no they were for my child he proceeded to start hitting ME aggressively. Wouldn’t stop at all. Terrible patrons with no control of kids.
The staff cannot be bothered attending to the people that need service. The machine's do not pay out anything you know your a looser as soon as you enter.coffee is terrible now.it used to be great to have abit of a win and a nice coffee.now its a dull and dingy place.not happy
Thank you to everyone who made my sons birthday a success. The service was fantastic, reasonably priced and the food was beautiful.
The venue was great for organising a large booking. The food was ok, I did see inconsistency in presentation quality for the same meals. The food is not up to the level I would expect for the price, but the play ground is really the draw card for this venue is you can sit back and relax while the kids have a ball in the huge playground area. If you are looking for a place that is great for large bookings and families (kids) I would give this for stars, because it is great at that. If you are looking for a gourmand experience and you don’t have kids, maybe not the place for you on a Friday or Saturday night.
Very disappointed with the whole experience, meals are overpriced for what you get. It is easy to make a meal look large by half filling the plate with fries.
Credit given where credit is due, the front line staff were very nice.
Great sized meals for an awesome price. Quick service and the biggest indoor playground for the kids.
Good number of machines & very spacious. It has a nice comfortable feel as well. They also make a nice toasted sandwich late at night when your hungry.
Went there recently, worst customer service, we book something and then they stuff it up, how does that even work? This place and everything about it has gone down hill big time, if I could give minus 100 I would
Had a great experience. Customer service was exceptional - thanks Amy you were first class. Also the chicken schnitty was sublime. Would happily come back for a meal.
Not happy with our meal today at all, ordered the vegan beetroot burger, and it was so ridiculously spicy that it was unbearable to eat. Told the staff and they just said oh we had no idea if we knew it was spicy we would have warned you. What kind of response is that? No offer of a new meal or a refund, which is pretty poor to me. Especially if all ingredients listed do not show any form of spice so how would anyone who has a food sensitivity to spice know? Poor service.
Food was good staff were very friendly the only bad thing i could say is that they need to put better air conditioners in or set them on a cooler temp cause it was bloody hot in there whilst being 34 degrees outside
Always friendly staff and great service. The meals are fantastic and I look forward to returning again.
Fantastic food and service only complaint is the salad dressing they used made my salad uneditable
Well where to start.only 2 people.yes 2 people to service machines that refused to print out the receipts during a recent night visit.
They then had to write receipts then cash them for a growing disgruntled patrons.
Not to mention these 2 people had to make tea and coffee also.
The womens toilets.one toilet had the seat hanging by one bolt so you had to push it to re align with bowl.
Note to who ever owns this venue.how about employing a few more night staff.people before profits
Great play area for the kids but no food Until after 5: 30 pm, which seems odd but that's what the staff Informed me
Over priced and small amounts of food which is very dry no sauce on the chicken parmigiana, steak over cooked when asked for mild rare no sauce option apart from gravy.
The food is excellent.
No ambience; noisy barn-like atmosphere.
Bistro is expensive if you're looking for a "pub" meal.
