Food disgusting burger Pattie was bought in frozen product
Beef ribs were disgusting
Portion sizes were small for the price paid
Service absolutely horrendous rude staff who had no clue what was going on
Won’t be going back anytime soon

Terrible service, Terrible food. The manager tried to bribe me with my own food to give a good review.never again

The tomato and avocado salad contained a mix of fresh and extremely old, soft tomatoes. The avocado was a dip, smeared on the bowl and the goats cheese had been squeezed into the plate in blobs. I suspect it was a dip as well. Very unsatisfactory and hardly worth the $19 charge.

Always good service, food and prices,
Even when it was linked to Zagames.

Can’t fault the service there.
Portuguese chicken was nothing like it’s suppose to be and they use chicken thighs (not the best cut of chicken) covered in a Napoli type sauce, (why).
And whatever rice it was on the side, not Portuguese flavours at all.
And the Texan Ribs were like done in a pressure cooker or boiled in water even.
Inedible.
Oh and the kids chicken tenders and chips (I thought would be crumbed, but just 2 pieces of cooked chicken) weren’t that appealing to my kids either.
And none of these meals were cheap.
We spent almost $200 on 7 meals and and to walk away disappointed was not good.
We got 1 refund on the Texan ribs, but still not good enough.
Stick to the chicken Parma if you don’t want to be disappointed.

Food was under cooked and one person on our table order there meal first and it took over 40 minutes to get it and the other 16 people on our table ordered after them and was all severed first

Great service. Our table ordered all different meals and most were fantastic. Save yourself from the Texan Ribs, watery and flavourless and the Portuguese Chicken was the same it was as if they were pressure cooked or par boiled. The staff refunded the 2 offending meals. Service I can’t fault. Atmosphere was great, large play room for kids. We will be back, but gonna stick to the pub standards next time

Food was nice, service is friendly but unfortunately the play area spills into the restaurant. So not great for noise or elderly people navigating their way around. Feels more like a fast food restaurant.

NEVER ORDER HERE! Very rude customer service, food was cold on arrival and they tried to pass the blame on to the delivery service which travel time was 5 minutes. No apology and we had to go to them for our food to be replaced after they bribed us and told us to no give them a bad review.

Edit: When we went down to pick up our food they got it wrong and forgot items! WHAT AN ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A PLACE!

First time going here and had good time tho. Ordered Fish & chips, was alright since chips was little dry. I couldn't find any dessert on menu and waitress' aren't very attentive.

It's no longer Zagames but still looks the same. The menu is great and heaps of delicious gluten free options. Fantastic kids playground to keep them happy while the adults catch up.

My twin nieces had birthday party. Place is beautiful, clean and food is fresh. Staff friendly and welcoming. Great place. Highly recommending

Went for dinner, regular visitor. The heaters weren't working, it was freezing, was told the new owners aren't in a hurry to fix them.
I'll make sure the heaters are working before we go back otherwise will give it a miss.

Our family group has been here several times and have always enjoyed the food, and the kids have lots of fun in the play area. This latest visit today was a disappointment with the food. No second chance.

Loved the place, its vibe! The food was so yummy, best place so far that serves yummmy parmigiana.the play area is humongous and the kids had so much fun

Haven't been here since they changed from Zagames (might be a while). I used to always take my family and had a couple of parties there too when it was zagames.
Not much variety on the menu now, there was no calamari which was disappointing. I ordered spaghetti marinara and but the pasta was dry but the seafood in it was nice. Its a shame but probably won't be going back because no one at our table enjoyed their meal (group of 8).

Nice and affordable meals, great place if you have little ones to let them play in the large playground. The Portuguese chicken is my fav give it a try and thank me later

All meals had were either dry small for even kids to complain was a wow for me.
Parma was shocking marinara pasta was dry but the seafood part was ok apart from 3 prawns 1 scalop 2 mussels where was the fish?
This new owner has to come up with something otherwise another shut down!

We had my daughters birthday here today and I have to commend the waitresses, they were amazing. We were a party of 33 people and they accommodated us with such friendliness and with a smile on their face even though they were run off their feet with so many other party bookings. The food came out all together and tasted amazing. Thanks for such a wonderful experience.
