Zagame's Boronia reviews
56Food and desert was decent, but coffee was disgusting! Food came out pretty quick. Overall a good experience
Exceptional service. My dining partner ordered a steak that was absurdly undercooked, but the management was quick to rectify the scenario without argument. Within a reasonable time frame, a more adequately cooked alternative was served, to the delightment of his tastebuds! The chicken parmigiana was also rather exceptional, while the beer on tap never tends to disappoint and tonight was no exception.
Shout out to the lovely friendly staff.

Made us feel welcome and looked after us very well.
Ok, pretty average, typical pub bistro type food. Friendly staff, kids play area, sports bar and pokies venue. It was nice and clean.
This is my local club and is the best place for a beer or something special events staff friendly venue clean and comfortable. Well done 5 stars from me. Alan Edwards.
They were very helpful in changing our seating as my husband and I are in our 80s and couldn't have sat on the high stools. Thank's.
Asked for table for 2 near play centre we were seated by waiter for him to only come up 5min later and tell us that he'd made a mistake and we couldn't eat in the restaurant, although we were welcome to eat in the sports bar. I had my 9yo ASD son with me. Dinner out was meant to be a treat after him having a EEG today. There were plenty of empty tables in the restaurant thanks for nothing Zagames we definitely won't be back.
Service was great, food was average, playground was awesome!
Had the steak and it was rubbery definitely have had a better steak for 41 dollars before.
Pizzas were great and the garlic and cheese bread was also good
I find the staff friendly during the evenings then I do during the day. Lots of space but really its a pretty typical place for a pokies venue
Not a very nice place compared to other Zagame locations. The menu is a bit boring compared to Berwick and Ballarat.
The toilets near the sports bar seem to be neglected and are very dirty
Why can't boronia menu include some of the items offered at Berwick like the holumi chips
Went with the family. Has a playground for the little ones, good food, reasonable prices.
Friendly polite staff

Free coffee that is decent when playing the machines. Cold beers on tap, clean machines and security that are not afraid to ask patrons to leave if required.
Feeling safe makes for an enjoyable time.

Although the noise level can be challenging at peak times the food quality on our table of 5 made up for this issue. The Adults, Teens and toddler enjoyed the meal immensely. Will be back!
Food has greatly improved from 12ish months ago. Service and playground are also great.
Lost a star because they charge extra for Sunday and credit card payments
Zagames used to offer decent pub food with well-priced kids meals, now children’s meals have to be purchased with ice-cream & a soft drink (neither of which I wanted). Also, just ordered off the vegan menu, basically paid $34 for 2 serves of cut tomatoes on the top of frozen avocado with a few croutons. Just another business using corona as a poorly thought-out money grab.
2 stars purely because of the playground.
Always a great place to go with the mums, the kids can play and we can have a coffee and a bite to eat. Everyone is happy when the weather is not nice enough for the park.
We looked at the menu and left. I haven't been there for over a year and was disappointed at the very limited choice given for seniors on the menu
Nice food, friendly staff, lots of space for friends and families. Special playroom for the kids, great!
Great place for lunch, inexpensive and good selection of wines by the glass. Light and airy, can order everything from the table and prompt friendly service.
Food can be hit and miss but it's fantastic for kids and families in the bistro with the play area
Used to be great but the menu has been cut down significantly to the point where there are three pastas and three pizzas to choose from. It's good for families with young kids because of the play area, but if you don't have kids then grab a table away from the play area because it gets loud and kids are running in and out of there constantly. The staff are nice and always willing to help you out with things.
