We have our Xmas party catch up every year here. Service is great and because we have young kids, the playground is great.

Had a lovely evening and the food was good.
My nephew from London was dining with me and as he works on the West End in theatre is used to quality dining and he was very happy!

Wrong booking time recorded. Main meals came out before kids meals. Food took an hour to come out. Meals came out 1 at a time at least 3 minutes apart. Espresso martini tasted like stale coffee shots were used, they were undrinkable. An abundance of staff walking around doing not much, basically mute when attending tables. “Seasoned potatoes” doused in chilli. Zero stars, disappointing and underwhelming is an understatement.

The food was not the best and very slow to serv, we noticed some of the table, the dishes where left on, from lunchtime and our cutlery full with stains &not enough stuff around, the bistro was very busy for dina times & but the food took long time to arrive. Not a happy customer.

Useless at answering phones.

Website never works for making reservations.

We arrived at 6: 30pm…When we were seated at our table, it was dirty. When ordering drinks I requested for our table to be cleaned. 10 minutes later, the table that we had booked was still not cleaned and we were told we were at the wrong table, so we moved tables. The menus were filthy and the side plates that I had asked for to use with our pizza were dirty and wet. Our table of 9 people ordered main meals & it all came out quickly however a nachos and fish came out 10 minutes after everyone had started eating…I ordered a Parma, chips and salad with chips…. 1st parma was cold…within 3 minutes another parma was out and Cold! On both times of returning the meal we didn’t get an apology at all! When I went back the third time and explained what happened, the only thing they asked was what table I was on. Not even a sorry! 3rd time it was hot but id lost my appetite…. The only waiter that cared was very apologetic and gave me a refund. I’m greatful for a refund and having one person working there actually apologise and try and fix the situation, however, I won’t be going back again. I’m crossing everything that after the 2 lots of chicken I tried to eat, I won’t get sick… So disappointed… I would have done a better job making the food at home…my mother’s birthday dinner was poor!

Food was.amazing, service was good but not consistently good throughout the experience. Atmosphere was just as good as the food! I loved all the food and I'm super fussy when I go out to eat haha our kids absolutely loved the park, we will be back for sure! Pork belly and beef ribs for a fave at the table!

I've always had good food here, but I ordered calamari Sat 23/09 and it was chewy and rubbery. Won't order that again!

Food this time was not as good as usual. Some of our groups fish was either overcooked or batter was very greasy.

Nice vegan options! Didn't wait long. Only downside is you have to order, eat and be out within 1.5 hours

The food is disgusting, old and stale, not fresh.
The Parmas are old and hard and chewy and yuk.
Boring drinks, no milkshakes or cocktails.
The playground is good.
The ice cream for kids is good.
Desserts old, and pretty rank.
Couldn't finish out meal bcos the food was so gross and not fresh.

The food is always average and still takes ages to be brought out, never my first choice unfortunately

We hadlunch in the Sports bar today. What a disgusting meal. You should be ashamed that you have the nerve to charge people.

I had a booking today for my family and friends and had a nice experience. Food was soo good and the staff was also friendly helpful. Nice place to have a good family dine out.

Lots of gluten free options. The kids steak is very chewy and not very nice. Main meals are large and main meal steaks are high quality and worth the money. Cutlery could be cleaner. Kids meals are reasonably priced. Playground is a highlight.

Zagames, Berwick was a great place to relax and have a bite to eat. Clean great friendly Service. I had a Portuguese chicken and my partner a Chicken Parma. Easy parking and theirs a kids play area.

Thought Zagames had done away with the Seniors Menu when we went for dinner. Now I realise we weren't given them with main menus. Very big oversight.
Food has always been good on previous visits, but has the quality has really deteriorated. The battered fish was almost inedible. Tastless with a strange, mushy consistency. $40 steak was burnt. And Zagames - this IS my detailed feedback.

Play facilities excellent. Staff very nice. Chips and seafood spaghetti good. Chicken tenders dry and tough. Icecream and drinks fine.

The staff are lovely here. However the meals are poor especially on the price you pay. A steak $40 was so thin. Not juicy and tiny. And my partners meal was terrible portuguese chicken $32 was tiny. This was his birthday dinner. And he was still hungry after that we had to drive through maccas. Be careful what you order here. I believe stick with the parma if you want the average parma. Or. Don't bother coming for dinner unless you want to waste money.

Unfortunately me and my family didn't like any of our food
The place had a funny smell.but the kids enjoyed the play ground and the srvice staff were excellent.
The staff made me feel welcomed and were very helpful.
It's just a shame the food was bad.
