First time coming here to get a bloodtest. The lady was so rough I actually screamed. Left with a collapsed vein no blood was taken and had a bruise for a week. I am so traumatised. If your scared of needles like me do NOT come here!

Most unhelpful practice I have ever been too. Can't say must about the doctor I saw either no compassion, just a number.

Staff, as always, are as accomodating as possible given the nature of a busy walk-in clinic.

Unfortunately the website makes their job even harder. The site has inaccurate info (Drs that no longer work at the clinic) and does not specify when walk in Drs are available.

Today I arrived at opening (as did several others) to see the next available Doc and was informed the walk in Dr didn't start until 8.

Can you explain why this is not specified on the website when I checked the details today?

I have just left the clinic. Literally waited an hour and a half for a consult that lasted less than a minute. Disgusting.

Hopeless booking. Went in at 4: 45pm on a Sunday, was told there was a 2 hour wait. Suggested I go and ring up in an hour l. So I rang up 75 mins later and was told there were 2 patients in front of me, and to get down there straight away. So I got there at 6: 10pm and watched 9 patients called in front of me and at 7: 41pm I just walked out.

Awful. Walked in with a skin issue on Monday. Doctor made an appointment with me the next day to have it removed. Got a call later in the day saying the doctor made a mistake with the days and would like me to come in on Wednesday instead. Came in on Wednesday and they couldn't even find the appointment. Got fed up and just made an appointment with another GP.

Hmm, easy because it’s all in one. Drs are hit and miss. The ones who’ve been there a long time are best but the centre has lots of fleeting doctors whom I find to be quite incompetent mostly. Not good as a main gp.good when you can’t get an appointment at your main doctor.

IF YOU WANT A REAL DOCTOR DONT GO HERE I have been going here for years THINKING THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING BUT WAS SO WRONG 5 times where I have gone to the doctors and said something is wrong no one has listened and I have ended up in hospital in fact 1 doctors said I had eaten my children because of my weight gain even though he had my results in front of him I told him I was very sick and I ended up in hospital for 2 weeks just recently I went to the doctor told him something was wrong and again ended up in hospital they do not listen they do not care these doctors are not doctors they are medical students on one occadion the doctor said I was taking to much time and today was told that my medication for Depression.bipolar.anxioty and OCD would no longer be given to me I will never go here again and plea for anyone going here pick another doctors center you are better off paying than going here this clinic should be SHUT DOWN

Rude receptionists and long waiting times; took over 2 hours with an appointment to see a doctor. Medical staff smoke cigarettes outside of the clinic wearing their uniforms then come back inside to work without changing, not professional and unhygienic.

Very efficient now they have appointments (used to wait a long time for service, today was in within 10 minutes).

Dr Ali was very thorough and professional.

Unbelievable been a long time member over 3+ at this clinic and it is a joke doctors leave all the time very long wait times since they brought in this new system where you could book appointments with them when they've always been a walk-in clinic only would not recommend this place at all go somewhere else then this place their customer service is absolutely horrible thay don't care about you only there selfs

If anybody that DOESN'T wanna get treated like a drug addict and that needs painrelief DO NOT GO HERE! Cause that is how you get treated.

Disgusting doctors, disgusting receptionist. Doctor was making passes at me, asking me what sexual things I was interested in, said he will change his mind on doing pap smears JUST FOR ME

Anytime any day you visit here, minimum 2 -3 hours waiting period. Service is scrap charges are the same as anywhere else only advantage is bulkbilling

Prompt service, no waiting, blood tests, radiology on site straight away - all very efficient. Some doctors have a gruff manner that should be improved,

A stuff around every time. I keep giving these doctors a chance and it is always the same result. Turning patients away an hour and a half before closing time is ridiculous.

Absolutely disgusted. It may be free it may bulk bill but if to get the service you have to wait 2 hours to do anything every single time that it should be better to shut it down for good. You are definetly not servicing the community and stealing great deal of tax money and government founding. Disgustive

I had to use this clinic at 8pm, seen a doctor without an appointment. Got treated and given a prescription. This is a really good service to the community. Well done young street medical centre

Need to hire more GP’s. Wait times are ridiculous no matter what time you go in. Not only that, but they refuse to send test results to another GP.

Not sure what the bad reviews are about. It's a free clinic so there'll always be longer wait times in peak hour. I've never had to wait longer than about 30 minutes as I try to come early/late and have always had a great experience.
