Incredible service from the reception staff. When I walked up to the reception I was greeted with a happy bubbly welcome. I highly recommend this clinic as they are all around supportive and the doctors are amazing. Will definitely be coming back!
Every time I have come into the clinic for a general check up the receptionist has always greeted me politely and been very welcoming. The few times I have spoken with the practice manager has been incredibly friendly, always has a smile and such a positive attitude. Cannot recommend this clinic enough!
Called at 2.15 on a friday, spent 30+ minutes on hold just to be told call volumes were too high followed by 'goodbye' and hangs up.

Incredibly rude receptionist, she should be disgusted with herself for the way she speaks and should take a hard look at herself and consider if she would want her loved one to be spoken to in the manner in which she does. She couldn't possibly deny how condescending and snarky she is.
Instead of being rude, condescending and blunt you could potentially try and listen and the speak before cutting people off.
The highlight - whats your name? We spell the name and after this she said. I didn't ask you to spell it (who speaks to other people this way) you are so rude!
Called for a Telehealth for a medical certificate. After speaking so rudely and suggesting we get a home doctor to come out simply to provide a medical certificate for a covid patient, also suggested we visit the Frankston primary care centre (which the whole purpose of this is facility is to take the pressure off emergency departments). The receptionist wouldn't provide her name and hung up. The phone call was at 12: 50 pm 27/823- I would really hope someone would explain to her that not only is she incredibly rude but that she should not be suggesting these much needed emergency services when they are not required - she has obviously never worked in an emergency department.
It is very unfortunate really that you may have some great doctors however you have receptionist like this representing your business, it's a shame and I am baffled how she is allowed to remain employed there as I am sure I'm not the only one she has spoken to in this manner.
This is my 2nd review. Can’t thank enough Dr Matthew Lau. Very thorough and courteous. He is also very co-operative, kind and warm…something you don’t see very often when seen by a doctor. To him you are a human being not a number! Thank you Dr Matthew Lau
The receptionists constantly take the phone off from ringing. They are always caught out and fake knowing. I got there after being on hold for 40 mins and she was playing a game. She denied knowing. She said the phone wasn't working.
A month later, I was in the waiting room and someone walked in and said the same thing that they were on hold for an hour. They pretended again that the phone wasn't working. Both the young and old receptionist do this. The manager needs to know. Because on 5 occasions now that I have called it has happened. I even told the young girl when she pretended it wasn't working she was doing on purpose. She smirked.
You can't call through because the receptionists don't want to answer. It has been months of this. You would think they would fix the phone if that was the issue. It's called being lazy. You can't fix lazy unprofessional people, but you can fix a phone. So, it's obvious what the problem is.
Absolutely hopeless. If it weren't for being bulkbilled, they'd have no patients. Inept on all fronts
Great service on reception by both the staff on the front 8 May 23 between 1: 30 -2pm. They were friendly, timely and professional. Also witnessed them deal with a difficult customer with the upmost care and consideration. Well done!
This medical centre is the only medical centre that turns people away. Doctors are sub contractors and it is just business.
My husband and I came in tonight with our 9 month old who has a skin rash and yet we were still turned away which is absolutely disgusting!
Not to mention it is supposed to be a walk in medical centre and I’ve been here several times before and have waited 2 hours and 45 mins once!

I have been on hold and nobody has picked up for 40 minutes. I believe I’m just in a queue and they have no intention of picking up the phone and this is just absurd as it is a medical Centre and I am calling up for results but cannot get through to anyone. I also have not received a call for my results!
AVOID OKORONKWO. My Son had a nasty fall playing soccer. He was seen by “doctor” Chikere Okoronkwo. He was so rude to my 13yr old Son. There was no care factor at all, would not listen and obviously just wanted him out as quickly as possible. He was told it was not an emergency, but would not listen at all. This dude must have X-ray vision for that diagnosis. AVOID OKORONKWO
Update - My son had a nasty break on his growth plate in his wrist which resulted in 6 weeks of plaster then a further 6 weeks with no contact sports. Not an emergency? Okoronkwo would have had him playing sport that afternoon. Terrible practitioner.
One day you ring and they say we don't take appointments here walk ins only. Next day you go for a walk in, and they say appointments only.
I was blown away by the amazing service and very friendly staff, especially a gentleman named Fazan.
Horrendous care for their patients. Waited 2 months and multiple phone calls for dr chikere to fax my daughters referral to the hospital, after it getting rejected because he didn’t sign it he never notified me nor resent the referral. Today I went down in person demanded a signed referral and took it to the hospital myself so I knew for sure it was processed. Now my daughter has to wait another 4-5 weeks before we can possibly get an appointment with the surgeon. He also denied doing a procedure on my daughter.
Before this incident I also took my 3yro son to see him asking for a referral for a paediatrician for behavioural problems, he laughed at me and said “young boys are hard work”…. 6 months later my son is being assessed for adhd odd and possibly asd.
Another time I walked in with a bleeding arm from a dog bite after waiting 2 hours I asked reception how much longer and was apologised to and was told they never put me on the wait list (I’m just sitting there holding my arm with flesh on the outside but anywho)
This clinic is only beneficial to get into quick but you will not be looked after!
Absolutely disgusted by the way I was treated by their receiptonist Andrew when he smirked and laughed when he told us there were no appointments and then went onto bicker with the lady next to him when leaving. I will be taking this further.
Went in for appointment, updated my details, lady at reception put in the wrong address, so had to change it again after the appointment.
Went in for a follow up appointment, same lady at reception said to take a seat but never checked me in, resulting in waiting for an hr30 before was seen.
If go there, speak to the younger receptionist.

Today called to see about getting an appointment for a telehealth call.
The receptionist, an old woman by the sound of it, was extremely rude and wouldn't let me speak and kept interrupting me when was trying to answer her questions.
All I know is now that they are walk in only, despite the telehealth mentioning in their "welcome" message when calling, with is 7months out of datw with information provided in it.
I come to the clinic since April and am very impressed with people who work here. The receptionists are very polite and helpful. I really feel that they care. My new GP is Dr Greg Sendecki who looks after me holistically. I have noticed that some patients comented on waiting times issues. I have accepted this and am happy to wait to get an excellent care. I am sure that they are working on it. Once I get to the doctor’s room he gives me as much time as is need. If you can’t wait book first appointment in AM.
Find staff and Doctors helpful and friendly, well August 2022 talk about going down hill fast, do your self a favour don’t bother going there if you do pack a picnic lunch (it’s a joke
Very well looked after at this practice, nurse Maddy looked after me very well, she really knows what she’s doing and goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable.
