The most ambient studio I have ever practised in! Each teacher brings their style and I love it, I don't have a favourite. When you walk into the room you begin to instantly relax and connect, from singing bowls, to salt lamps, props, music and infra red heating the body is bliss. Affordable, comfortable so much diversity. The reception area is like a comfy book store where you can browse at all the little trinkets or relax quietly. Thank you for welcoming me xx
I recently joined Yogahatha Yoga and I am loving every minute of it. The classes are fabulous and amazing inspiring teacher's. Beautiful surroundings and peaceful atmosphere.
I've just completed my very first month of yoga and qi gong with Yogaharta in Seaford and I am in love! The lovely ladies and guys at the centre are all experts in their fields. I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in and I can honestly say that the yoga room is beautiful and calming in itself. It has been a long journey to find such a peaceful place to practice and learn. I look forward to continuing with you and thank you for creating such a beautiful space, namaste.
I love walking up the 'stairway to heaven' for a class of blissed out serenity. I'm still yet to find a class I don't enjoy! Easily 5 stars
