Yogaharta

Very good place for yoga practice. All the teachers are very well trained & helpful. Even yoga studio is spacious & tidy. I highly recommend this place to practice yoga.

Pros: Nice studio, lots of parking, moderate amount of classes available, equipment is built into membership cost (mat, blocks etc), staff are friendly.

Cons: No classes starting before 7am weekdays, it's cold in the studio before class so you need to undress midway through, appropriation of Indigenous & South Asian cultures by burning Palo Santo & most instructors saying "namaste" at the end of class. The appropriation makes it really difficult to enjoy yoga and feel good in one's practice.

Edit: review adjusted from 3 stars to 1 after noticing only the positive reviews are responded to. Seems as though Yogaharta doesn't deem the harm caused to minorities in the room worth addressing. But sure, "namaste".

Thank you Yogaharta for providing a wonderfully positive environment every week. The minute you walk in the door you feel happy, because each instructor is bursting with joy! I highly recommend practising yoga with Yogaharta. Depending on how you are feeling on the day, you can practise a wide range of classes. I teach French and spend a lot of time giving energy to others, so doing classes with Yogaharta helps replenish my own energy levels. I particularly love the Vinyasa flow, philosophy and yin classes. The online classes are also a wonderful option! Take some time out and do something for yourself!

Simply the best! Great vibe, culture and philosophies. Experienced teachers bringing the best to beginner, intermediate & progressing further yogis. I’m so glad I found this studio? ‍️

Recently attended a yoga class for Movember Men's Health at the Yogaharta Studio in Seaford. It was a wonderful way to donate to an important cause. Well done to Julie who lead the class. I love the serenity with the heavenly mural

This is THE best yoga studio I have ever been to! Not just a series of yoga poses but a complete holistic and spiritual experience. It is the most stunning feeling and looking studio and the energy in each class is so beautiful. I felt like I was finally coming home.to self.
The class prices are also very reasonable. I can't wait to become a permanent member after trying the 14 day special introductory offer.

From the moment we walked in, Yogaharta had an amazing, relaxing feeling about it also spiritually, then we met Julie and did one of her classes which was awesome, very grounding and professional. Would recommend to anyone wanting to experience Yoga and take classes.

The studio is warm and full of positive energy.
The timetable offers an amazing range of yoga classes which include pranayama, yoga philosophy, mantra, sound baths and meditation, as well as the regular asana classes (beginner, yin, vinyasa, etc) - this is hard to find in typical western yoga studios and many fail to encompass the entire practice that is yoga.
The staff are beautiful, soulful and love- filled yogi's with wonderful knowledge to share.
Needless to say. It's a big yes from me! Love this studio!

Great local studio, lots of room in classes up to 30 people or more, full schedule of four or five classes a day, lots of different styles, with great incentives like cinema nights, philosophy classes and some supplies sold on site, prices are very reasonable and their unlimited classes per week deal is the best one I have seen. If your local this is the one to try out. I wish I had started here earlier!

I am absolutely loving Yogaharta! The studio is beautiful and I feel right at home.
The staff have been so wonderful and from every class I walk away feeling good about my body and mind. I’m only 1 week in and can’t wait to get more classes under my belt and explore the different options Yogaharta has to offer!

Yogaharta is a fantastic studio with a variety of classes to suit a range of needs. It was my first time practising yoga but there was enough variation/alternative options to allow me to have a go at everything. I also felt supported by the instructors who ensured I was following the moves correctly.

I had a friend invite me during a trial week, i had never tried yoga before being a bit sceptical. It was a truly amazing feeling, i am not a person who can relax easily but during my first class i was completely content. I will continue the classes as just in a short week i have seen improvement with my anxiety and mobility. Truly thankful for the experience.

Warm, inviting venue to relax and unwind. Talented teachers. It’s a standout for the area. I’ll be back again.

Yogaharta is a lovely and warm environment to practice yoga in. The yin yoga class on a Friday night with Sarah is amazing way to finish off a busy week and start a relaxing weekend!

I love coming to Yogaharta, especially for the amazing workshops they run and the infrared sauna is one of the best I have been too. Heaps of session booking times, different heat variations, showers and all the things you need provided. I recommend going here to anyone!

Fantastic atmosphere, all the instructors were friendly with a calming aura. The atmosphere truly allows you to relax and leave the outside world behind you- it's always a shame when the class is finished! My favourite yoga place yet!

A lovely, warm and welcoming studio. There is a class for everyone and the teachers are so friendly. Also classes offer the use of Stretch Now yoga mats which are super comfy. Thanks Yogaharta!
