45Terrible service and hong is very rude to me and notice that i got hearing aid and told other workers not to talk to me and i find it very rude about him and i hate it and ill never go sunshine marketplace again and i had to go other store in sunshine shoppinh centre and they help me out and the manger need to be sacked and not helpful at all
Pathetic staff, only interested in signing people up to contracts for commission, ask them anything else like Optus prepaid and they walk away. Also complained the phone they gave me in a box was damaged at the charging point, lady refused to provide new one and said needed to send to factory for testing (could take long time and time wasting to put you of), after i told her about the consumer law you should get a replacement if its damaged within 1 day, she said GO AHEAD.
Never had such a bad experience as I did at this particular Optus Store, I applied for
a iphone & after taking my details to do a credit check they told me it will take around 20min & that they would call me immediately they knew the result, after about 45min I still hadn't herd anything.from them, I tried calling the repeatedly but it kept going to there answering service, I left about 5 messages & haven't heard nothing back from them.
