Terrible Service. Waited over an hour for an assistant that does not look like he wants to be there. Highly DO NOT suggest these people.

I would give Optus Sunshine -100 star if there was an option.

Disgusting customer service by a certain worker. Wouldn't recommend going into their shop. I found somewhere else to take my business

Spent hours on the phone trying to sort out an access problem with an Optus call centre somewhere overseas (Malaysia?). They were very unhelpful and they never explained why I had disappeared from the Optus system or what to do about it.

I know Optus has a security issue.but removing verified users with a power of attorney from the system is not the right way to handle this.

Andy at the Sunshine store checked my ID and had the problem sorted out in a few minutes. Thanks, Andy

Mike is a legend with helping me sorting out this billing issue. I have seen and called multiple optus agents and no one provided such a prudent and caring service like Mike. He helped me making the most out of my plan and maximise my value for the money I paid. This guy deserves a raise!

Receive good services from Mike, very friendly and professional in helping us by answering many questions and processing a new phone plan. I'd love to come back for another future plan

Love Mike pretty much. He is soooo nice with patience and very professional. He helps us with our new phone plan. We get a 14 promax with 500G data plan. He also offers us with all related accessories. We used to go to highpoint.it took more than 2 hours each time for exactly the same service. Definitely come back for mike in the future

If I could give zero star I would even that is too good for this optus store. Beware do not go here any other optus store is better than here. They pressure you into buying extra accessories promising a discount, when you sign on you see the actual total with no discount. Also the accessories break they are poor quality I returned airbuds they said they will send it off to be checked and it should take a couple of weeks. I've been waiting over a month I keep calling no one ever picks up the phone. I only once got through to them by luck and they said they will take my number and name down and the manager will call me about the issue the next day. That ofcourse never happened. Do not go here they are completely incompetent no one knows what they are doing.

Good service. Always come here when I need a service or help. Might need to wait as they’re always busy but it’s worth it.

Worst customer service.they dont have enough staff.waited for 2 hr just for 7 series watch.just a simple suggestion hire some employees otherwise shut it down if you cannot handle customers.

By play vigas in casino games then link with Facebook or some time messenger I would be able to share in communication to my family in friends on my video call

Went here to get a new device. Sam from the optus team was very polite and helpful.give this man a raise! Highly recommended.

The young lady that helped me with my phone was absolutely massive.
She made me feel like i was important and not just a number.
My phone was fixed and i was able to use it like it should be.

Poor service from the manger at the store, could not perform a simple delivery of a phone, stuffed the order up and refused to fix it when it was ordered to get delivered to my address, one phone got delivered and they refused to deliver the other one, worst store I have ever encountered and have have had better customer service at buid a bear.

Was served by Nhat. She was very helpful and gave all the info with clarity about the plan we signed for. Definitely comfortable to talk to. Really recommend her for any vietnamese speaking.
