59 Optus really failed me when my phone was stolen and if I went to their shop, it was by mistake.
Im happy with Vodafone now.
I came to Optus one month ago and a men told me than I can't get internet month per month except if I pay 450 aud fee so it was crazy. But I've seen an offer on the net who said than I can get 70 aud month per month internet. So I went back to the shop and I meet Eden, she helped us to fix it the fee was 200 aud (not like the men told me before). She were so nice and really good. Two weeks after I received internet, no need assistance it was so easy. Thank you so much to Eden now I'm very happy with my service!
Optus Prahran service team are great. I got onto a new byo phone / sim-only plan of $35/Mo with 30GB. Amazing value. Porting my number was quick too, done within 20 minutes.
Fantastic! Tori may be the worlds greatest multi-tasker in history! Whilst transferring and upgrading my service, she helped other staff members while never missing a beat with me, all on a busy Saturday arvo! I haven't really ever had a pleasurable telco experience, so thanks Tori @ Optus Prahran
Good service. The Optus customer service platform used by the staff kept playing up however. Made the staff a bit frustrated and slowed down the process.
Tori was lovely to my partner and I. So happy, insightful, knew all the products and went above and beyond to help the both of us. Would definitely recommend.

Worst customer service of any telco in the Southern Hemisphere. And poorly trained, utterly unhelpful and defensive staff at this shop.
Shocking experience trying to get help with my new optus phone. It was like I wasn't a sale for the guy, so he didn't want to help me. Got online and optus couldn't have been more helpful.

The young guy Sam was great and so was the person on the phone Dom
However the 1st supervisor was both dismissive and rude to me and a woman who came into the store
He was all about generating sales
He need a behavioural adjustment his name maybe was Tom
He cut me off when I was stressed and also did not let the woman with the 159 issue finish her sentence
I suggest he stop being so damn arrogant and maybe thestore is of do better sales
The worst service that I have ever had. I have problems whith bill each month. Nobody can't and even don't want to explain anything. Maybe that's why there is always a new staff.
Recently traded in my iPhone for an upgrade. Matt was extremely helpful and professional and was able to answer all of my questions. Highly recommend! Was a really great experience:)
I had a really good experience especially dealing with Aaron at this store. He is technically very sound and was able to get my data only sim work on my smart phone. He also helped me problem-solve another phone on which I was now trying to use my regular phone SIM. Thanks, Aaron!
Worst service! I put my name down over two months ago to be contacted when the new iphone came out only to be told now that my name isn't on the list. I will be going to a different provider after this experience.
The team at Optus Prahran Chapel St are outstanding! Had such a great experience - super helpful, and listened to everything I was wanting for my contract renewal and phone upgrade. They made sure I was getting the best deal and Zac (trainee) was very thorough with my contract. The other two girls (sorry - didn't get your names!) were so helpful too - two thumbs up for these guys!
Have been to many Optus shops and find people in this shop polite and informative. That is not the case in other stores especially the city ones.
The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful.optus' customer service needs ALOT of work but its stores like these that will keep the company alive.the team was supportive and pointed me in the best direction for ME not for the sales targets.what turned into a pop in while i was on chapel st became my go to yes Optus store.
