My mother went there and for whatever reason they staff let her wait for a very long time! Instead of helping her with her query, they served other people first even though she should had been there earlier than the other people. Extremely disappointed Optus!

Really disappointed with staff there. Disgusting service. No knowledge at all. Staff are looking at each other. No product knowledge. Really ridiculous.

Been waiting for 30 minutes. All the staff has done this far is look at me. Not one person has said “one moment while they attend to previous customers” lack of customer service for a basic service!

Hopeless.
Told me they had a phone, signed up and then they told me they didn't have it. I opted for a different phone with a lower memory capacity, re-signed then they told me its the same price because the other one was on special.

Any star lower than 1? I was guided from optus head office to this store which for phone repair.the staff expressed that they are not interest to assist on this, as this is not improving their sales!

The worst customer service ever,! They dont wanna help you at all, they recon I should take the faulty device to apple instead of their store if I cant wait for 10 days! As if I bought it from apple store directly.i bought the device from optus store only 3days ago!

Poor poor service, this is the fourth time I have gone to this store with the same problem. This time he put me on the store phone to tech support, walked away and left me there. After 10 minutes waiting I put the phone down and walked out, walked back past the store a few minutes later and the phone was were I left it and they appeared unaware I was gone. Incredibly poor service.

Very unwelcoming staff. Did not care at all about our requests and questions. We went to get a business plan and was told they didn’t have any. It was almost like they did not care and want us to leave. We ended up going to Optus at Werribee and it was a complete different experience. Their staff was welcoming and answered all our questions and requests.

The store manager was really friendly and knowledgeable, as well as his team.i had a really difficult issue and although they couldn’t solve it they pointed me in the direction i needed to be and gave me all the paperwork and information i needed to solve my issue which i really appreciate.will 100% be back to this store in particular.:)

Great service. Really happy. Go and see Josiah. Really friendly and helpful. Assisted me my enquiry. Based on his customer service with my friend I came back in the store that afternoon and signed up with Josiah.

Sales person not showing any interest to sell products to customer. Behaved unprofessionally and ignored the questions. Asked me to go and check website. If so why do you have a store?

Bought my optus prepaid plan from Melbourne Airport for my holiday trip. I'm surrendered with no network connection to arrange for my hotel bookings and gps. Was told that it will be activate in the next 4mins. 17 hrs went by and the network is still unavailable. Went to Optus shop and they were unable to do anything. Was told that Optus system is down. Shop attendant can only apologise to say nothing can be done!

Great team! Shannon was amazing to deal with, we were so happy with the end result. Best to come first thing in the morning as they can get quite busy at lunch time.
