The manager does not care about people's problems.
If you have a debate or argue with her she wants to kick you out of the shop.

Ayse is an exceptional customer service provider and problem solver. She uncovered multiple issues and patiently resolved them for us, where she on the phone on our behalf for over an hour. Her patience, persistence to get our problems resolved, along with her friendly and approachable personality was greatly appreciated. Thank you Ayse for all your help!
Been a couple of time and found them to be very helpful. Even when I've have problems they have spent the time to resolve them. As with all front facing staff always be nice and ask! It's amazing what they think of when they getting yelled at

Terrible service, answer to every question is "You'll have to phone Optus, we can't help you" Staff sit at back of store on their phones looking down. When they do serve you they look away and mumble, making it hard to communicate. Bad management.
Terrible customer service, rude staff. I never expected this from Optus, never coming back to this place. Trust me don’t waste your time they are just not willing to help.
All those people giving positive reviews must have just signed up on a new plan and left. I'd love to see what they would write if they went back for any help or support. Staff spend most of their time sitting in the deepest part of the shop talking to each other. Getting their attention is difficult and awkward. When you get their attention they seem reluctant. Some staff have no idea and have blank looks on their faces when you ask them something simple like "I need a sim card that will work with my USB dongle". Both times I've visited the store, I was instructed to go there by an optus rep.on the phone. On both occasions the store staff just told me to call customer service back, they can't help me. They wont help solve any problems with an existing Optus service, even after you have been sitting in their store for an hour having difficulties dealing with Optus over the phone. They will not communicate with customer service on your behalf if you are having difficulties communicating with their phone staff who all have very strong accents. They can only sign you up on a new services and are useless if you need any real help. Don't waste your time here. Quite a contrast to dealing with Telstra directly opposite.
Is arrogance part of the service recently? My sim card isn't working for 4 days. After failing to fix it through the chat service, I went to this store.
Their system was down.
They gave me wrong instructions in a rude way.
Then they asked me to call the customer service from any friend's phone just to leave them alone.
Regardless of the body language when someone was asking me to come over a few steps. It was a terrible service. I feel trapped with my new plan
Horrible service. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Would not help me return a leased Optus phone.
General vibe of the place is not great every time I entered the place. Staff would have shouting fits with unhappy customers.
Ayse and Faiso are the most amazing team members at the Optus store preston. After experiencing problems with my phones and calling the Optus phone help without resolution these caring and knowledgeable ladies sorted ALL my problems out. Whilst all of the Optus team are helpful these 2 ladies go above and beyond to provide the best customer experience. Thank you ladies for your assistance.
This is my second experience with Ayse. Both times she has followed through and got back to me via text and email to make sure everything was ok. This is the main reason I have remained with Optus.

Thank you for fabulous service 7/4/19. I was approached as soon as I entered the store and the rep (DE1009512) was friendly and very professional. She explained my options clearly and was very efficient in resolving the issue. The whole process took about 15 minutes AND I didnt end up more confused than I was at the start! This service has reminded me why I joined Optus and have been a loyal customer.

Terrible store, can’t even follow Optus customer service instructions to email a form, how hard can that be?
After 12 years of being an Optus customer they were completely unable to accommodate my need of a new phone before travelling (current phone is barely usable). I walked across the way to Telstra and ended up with the phone I wanted, ready for delivery a week before my departure date. The plan was even giving me more for my money with better coverage.
I’ve never felt less valued as a customer in my life, but I’m glad it prompted me to seek better service elsewhere.
The idea if you wish to get served is pick your hours, do not expect service during busy times at centre, and they should have a number system, they make you hang around like a shark to pounce on who is free.
Very unhelpful i have a damaged phone that should be covered by insurance and i wont get any assistance, im paying for insurance and their telling me to contact and sort out my own insurance.anyone who is with optus quit all they want is your money
I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Yes Optus and Chris in particular.
I bought a phone and had some troubles to begin with but Chris went above and beyond this past week to resolve the issues and make sure that I leave as a happy customer.

Still waiting for a response from Optus online question service - how long do we have to wait Optus Northland?
There was a small wait, but it was exceptionally busy. I was greeted within a couple of minutes of walking in, which I wasn’t expecting given how busy it was. The lady took my name and told me how long I’d be waiting. The guy who served me was fantastic. Definitely recommend.
