44Waited in Optus for 45 minutes only to be told they had to get permission from their supervisor about something, they told me to leave and said they'd call me once they heard back. They never called. So unprofessional
I was unimpressed with what the staff member at the store offered me so called Optus directly and got a better deal.
I had a SIM and modem delivered to me, unfortunately the SIM didn't work. I went into optus hoping to get a new one. The young guy refused to give me a new SIM (so weird) he wouldn't even look into the problem, just told me he couldn't do anything unless I brought the modem into the store (the modem was fine!). He was absolutely useless, so i decided to go to the Armadale store. The young lady that served me was so helpful and actually listened to my issue and gave me a new SIM- problem was solved.
When I went there for getting a plan on my I watch I was treated unprofessionally by the staff. It’s was like she was least bothered about customers. I am a customer of Optus since 2 years even brought my iPhone but this rude and unprofessional behaviour made me rethink about going to Optus again.
I had the misfortune of waiting to be served by a sales assistant who proved to be disinterested and totally unhelpful in resolving an issue. I won't be back.
I’ve been there this afternoon, The stuff in this shop are Very bad service. Terrible customer service.

Staff are very rude and unprofessional. They speak down on you and show frustration when you have enquiries or questions. Disappointing.
Been there this morning with a simple request put my account on direct debit.
They claim they cannot do it.
Stuff were very rude and unprofessional to me and gave me bad attitude.
So think again before entering this shop most likely they cannot help you, they only there to make small commotion on new accounts any outher service they are to lasy to do.
Staff efficient enough but not very helpfully when dealing with mature lady not very tech save. Shame will have to return to shop tomorrow and ask more questions
Very rude staff, especially the manager at ghe time, had a complaint and was "asked to leave" because they didn't like my (civil) questions to them.
In these competitive times we live in.your service and Customer communication is slow.
If you are going to keep customers waiting, don’t have a third staff member doing very little? Shame because I came down to do business but I guess it won’t be happening at this store.

This particular optus store has the worst customer service I have experienced.
From impoliteness and swearing to flat out lies. Find another optus store.
I had to deal with absolutely terrible optus customer service on the phone.they told me to go to an optus shop if I wanted to speak to someone in Australia to help me. I went to this shop. A guy by the name of Jason told me that optus shops only sell products and that I should try something else. I would not recommend any optus products to anybody. They may be cheaper sometimes but they have the worst ever customer service I have encountered in my life.
If only it was possible giving a zero star. Disgusting behaviour from the manager & I don’t intend on going back there again.
