Alroy was absolutely fantastic at helping us with my phone-he fixed the phone in no time. I was so happy that I even gave him a hug! Def go in store for help, they’re wonderful and so helpful!

Don Nguyen was very helpful and friendly on both visits recently when enquiring about moving to the NBN. He was very patient and ensured I understood everything being explained. He answered all my questions with great knowledge. He also assisted with my sons phone plan, which overall saved me money.
I’d definitely go back for his service alone. Thank you for making this experience easy.

Had a great experience here, staff were very helpful and attentive. I was served by Hiba and she took the time and effort to find me a plan that suited me, will be bringing my friends and family over here due to their great service!

Customer service is shocking. I understand you may be short staffed although not one staff rep couldn’t take a couple seconds to ask if I needed anything or even assure that someone will be with me soon? Literally 30 mins looking lost and no help. Great job guys. No I think not! Try multi tasking.

Poor service and if you come to them with an issue they don't wanna know. If you want a new phone you'll get great service! All they are about is selling mobile contracts

I'm with Optus. I wanted to purchase a glass screen cover and asked the staff if he could put it on. He said nobody can. First time I've experienced this. Then went to Telstra and the staff were more than happy to put it on. Plus it only costed $30 for a glass screen cover. Optus were more expensive. Lack of competence from the Optus store at Waverley Gardens.

Waited 30 mins for service, then another lady jumped the que, no process for managing first come first serve basis.
