I had a problem with my former mobile phone/internet provider, called in to the Optus shop at Warragul and received wonderful service from the staff there. Highly recommended, you can't beat face to face service.

The young girl was extremely helpful and polite as expected. The shop could not help me with an Optus head office problem.
