I went in to resolve an issue with my mother’s service which was created by a metro store. The staff were understanding, considerate, compassionate and very active in advocating for the customer and resolving the issues.

While in store other customers came through and they clearly went the extra mile, for example, the staff suggested to a customer who lost their phone that they check in at the police station.

I would strongly recommend the store for frank advice and not overselling products, especially to anyone who might be uncomfortable in making informed decisions and seeking the right products for them.

Not only has all my personal information been released but my plan Magically increased by $10 per month without any notice!

Been on the phone to optus for 8 hours over missing or stolen data over 2 days and nothing is happening the call centre keeps hanging up on me they take 2 hours to Evan find my file and I'm on 1 of the highest paying plan the company has

I was in hospital when my phone died so I was unable to get to the store.
I rang the store & ordered a new phone.
Tegan had it all sorted & ready for my husband to collect.
I've used the Warragul store for quite some time & the staff never disappoint.

Last time I went to Optus Warragul, nothing had changed The staff, ably led by the lovely Tegan, are still smiling and friendly and prepared to assist with whatever request the customer wants. I asked for help in coupling my new air tag to phone. Tegan, the lovely manager, had never dealt with these before but was eager to 'have a go'. Voila, She managed to work it out and can now help others. I can now travel overseas and be able to find my suitcase amongst all the chaos in airports at the moment.

And optus will keep charging you your full months service fee even when they restrict your phone to not make calls and receive texts! Absolutely obsurd!
Atleast don't charge me my full plan if your are going to completely cut my service.
After 10 years with optus I think ima kick the bucket here now, just gets worse and worse

Poor customer service. I work retail so I understand what it's like when you are short staffed but that does not excuse poor customer service. Very disappointed with this store and will not return unless absolutely necessary.

My experience every time I have been to Optus in warragul have been wonderful Tegan helped me today to set up my new dongle for my small internet on my tablet. Tegan helped me with every aspect and that is a big thing for someone in their seventies. Yes I said goodbye Telstra thankyou Optus for helping this old lady out. Merry Christmas your warragul store certainly puts customers their focus. I highly recommend Optus.
