This store is given to costumers faulty phones so later you must wait 10 days without phone so warranty can be claimed.do not waste your time here.

Waited for 20 minutes staff showed absolutely no interest, not even 'sorry we'll be with you soon' they had 3 other people waiting behind me in the line. We gave up and walked out with no new phone contract.

The young chap I spoke to made signing up for the NBN such an easy task in the end. I left, well informed, and satisfied that all my questions had been answered.

I am not usually one to post reviews, but I had such great service today from Natalie with my phone upgrade that I felt I needed to post ;) The other staff members were also very helpful and extremely friendly.

Best most helpful optus outlet Ive experienced. They have staff that think outside the box and willing to apply creative solutions. They should get them to train the rest of the outlets.

Ashley was quick to Act on my problem, I left with a new phone and case that is Kevlar, will be going back.

The young lady at the Armadale store was extremely helpful, even though I understand her role is sales associate she was happy to help me resolve my prepaid problem and then recommended a better option which I have told all my employees and friends about now. Very happy with Kat’s customer service skills and willingness to help. A+.

No customers in store with 6 or 7 staff standing around whilst a patronising little girl (first job out of school yet knew everything despite giving me wrong info) jumped to be first to serve me. When she learnt I needed help with products and she wasn't going to get a sales commission out of me she was very blunt and not wanting to help despite nothing else to do as shop was empty. She also gave me some wrong information to try and get rid of me. I suggest this girl try a new career as customer service not for her. Good luck in Armadale with an attitude like that and respect those older than you!

Friendly staff, excellent service. While I was in there the other day another customer was telling her friend how her Mum goes in to ask for help with her tech questions "because they are always so patient and she doesn't feel silly".

They seems very helpful at the shop but nothing is done once you leave the shop. Very disappointing
