I upgraded my phone today and Rashmi Was extremely nice and very helpful and gave me a few discounts which I really appreciated as I'm on a pension.

The guys here pretty much restored my faith in people after I had a terrible experience at a different Optus store. Regarding this other experience - staff at the other store outright lied to me, forcing our company to switch to a number of domestic plans which were not even explainted to me and were totally unsuitable for us. Their misleading and deceptive behaviour caused me much stress, and our company much inconvience as well as cost consequences.

Hoping for help at a different store, I went to Optus Armadale. Jeremy and Kumar were totally sympathetic and helped me get our company to switch back to a business plan. Jeremy struck me from the very start as ultra switched on helpful, and even went above and beyond my expectations - a star. Thank you!

Kumar and the team have gone above and beyond to assist me with my internet needs. Kumar has sourced routers from other stores, stayed back after hours and worked on getting me the best deal possible.

I can’t recommend them enough.

An employee of this branch is a guy called Jarome who was the only person knowing what he is doing. He has been away for 3 days and the woman who says she is the manager blond with glasses knows absolutely nothing. Rude and told me to leave the store. Didnt give me her name nor manager of the Optus area. Disgusting. Made the phone worse than when I brought it in.

Had to wait for a long time to be seen by anyone but the staff member was very helpful once I got to the head of the queue.

I'm a long time customer of the Armadale store but no longer. Today I went into the store only to be turned away and asked to contact customer retentions team. The girl I dealt with was over assertive and argumentative - a really bad customer service experience that I'm not keen to ever have again.

Went in to upgrade, a gentleman with longish hair, I believe he's the store manager or a manager, such a lovely guy! Exceptional customer service!

Depends on the day you visit - some days the staff are awesome, some days they're rubbish. Really, really need to work on their consistency.

I was uncomfortable just hearing the way the staff here spoke to their customers. They were rude, arrogant and unhelpful. I am really dissatisfied with the customer service here.

Rushed in before the posted closing hours and arrived 17: 15 on a Friday and they had already closed. VERY LAZY and unprofessional in my opinion. Change the times better so people don’t commit going there if you don’t keep the times.

We went in to the Optus shop to enquire about a plan for the family. Andrew helped us out and was super duper great
He found us a great family plan that suits our needs at a great value. Great knowledge of products and excellent service. Highly recommended.

Don't waist your time, if you have the chance to go to a different Optus store. Staff and customer service are terrible. Incomplete information. Negligent service. And when you call them trying to reach out an specific agent apparently they are never in the store.
