Xc Exchange Doncaster

I was there exchanging some currency on Monday (public holiday), and I was offered to have the money transferred to my bank account instead of getting cash. It has been sold to me that the bank transfer will take place the next business day (Tuesday).

I have been checking my bank account all day on Tuesday and nothing has come in. Went to the outlet and the person on duty was not the same one who did my transaction. Anyway, he called up and got confirmation that the transfer has been done at the head office and I should be expecting the money in my account later during the day or the next day. It is expected that the money transfer is done via Oslo, which it is pretty much instance between the two accounts.

If I knew it’s gonna take 3+ days for the money to arrive in my account, I would not have taken the option and wanted cash instead.

In summary, I am not getting the confidence from this currency exchange company at all, especially with the bank transfer option. Would not recommend if there are other money exchange options around.

Excellent service, can always count on XC exchange for the cheapest rates around. Always coming back here for their fast service and I recommend others to order via their online service as it is more cheaper and efficient.
