We got a crimsafe security door through Wynstan. The whole experience was from start to finish; quotation, ordering and installation. The product looks good, and we feel much safer in our home.

Easy ordering process with rep coming to house for a measure and quote.great price so I ordered straight away and they delivered and installed as promised.

This is the 2nd time we have used this company and both times 100% happy. Paul the sales rep was outstanding and his suggestions paid off, our security doors are awesome. Ricardo the installer excellent job. Everyone very polite and easy to deal with. From the day we ordered to installation day was couldn't fault anything. Fantastic work.

Still having ongoing issues after 12 months with Roman blinds. Do not waste your time and money with this company.

After having lived with a basic security door for 21 years we decided our new house should have the best of security doors. So we approached Wynstan. 6 months after having the doors installed my trouble free life with screen doors was over. Having dealt back and forth with Wynstan regarding the locks on both back and front door and having paid $3400, the matter was never resolved. Needless to say after the warranty expired we were left to drown. Finally we contacted a locksmith who exchanged both locks and problem resolved. As to why we can, led upon Wynstan with a Y was just sheer stupidity.

The door looks great but it doesn't sit square or something is uneven as to lock the door I have to pull the handle in to lock the door. It is so hard to lock that I have almost broken my nail every time I try and lock it. I can't imagine how the food handle will last very long having to put pressure on it like that. The installer said it's only stiff like that because it has three locks. I don't think so. Very disappointed. I have no doubt that the handle will break in some way in a short period of time.

I ordered a Screen door and had the worst experience with Wynstan and would not recommend them to anyone.
After showing the sales person the screen door I already have and asked that I have one made exactly the same, the door was ordered on 23/2/19. I was told it would be 2-3 weeks and my door would be ready. That time came and went and it took a minimum of 4 follow up phone calls by me to find out when my door would be installed, during this time there was no communication at all by Wynstan to provide me with a status update or a reason for the delay. 2 months later I eventually got an installation date.

The first door was not made to the same specifications that I showed the sales person and was taken away to be 'fixed'. It had to be sent back to their manufacturing site in NSW and I was told it would be a further 3 weeks. I was not happy with the delay so they arranged for the Melbourne based installer, who has his own screen door business, to fix the door instead
The second door arrived and it was of such poor quality that the screen mesh could be pushed in and out by hand, the installer said that the centre mesh screen they used is only used with a metal Frame in front of it to stabilise the mesh and not used independently as they had done with my door.
After calling 'Customer Service' they refused to provide a better quality door and was rudely told me that I could have my money back. I provided them with my bank details for an eft refund and was told it would be 7-10 working days before I get a refund because a refund could only be authorised by the owners and they hadn't had time to sign off. After 14 days, not surprisingly no refund was provided, in fact they wanted a further week to process the refund.
I have since ordered a screen door from another company and from order to install it has been 2.5 weeks. This company provided me with great service and kept me informed every step of the way.
Wynstan with a Y, indeed Y would you use them!

Recently had about 12 flyscreens and 1 crimsafe door done with Wynstan. Initially we were comparing quotes from 3 different companies but Wynstan was more responsive and very customer friendly. After 3 weeks from the order, Rick called me to make an appointment. Very genuine and down-to-earth bloke. He explained every process of the installation and even cleaned up the mess afterwards. Rick is definitely an asset to Wynstan - if it was not for him, i would not have given a 5 out of 5.

We had front door security doors, and blinds fitted to the second level of our home in October last year.
The doors wont close properly particularly when the weather is hot (which is when you need them and we have had a technician out on 5 occasions now because they cant get a blind to hang right.
Although they send a technician out when requested, the problems do not get fixed, as we speak i have an issue and it will be 2 weeks before someone can come out to look at the job again, i have paid very good money for what turns out to be a not very good product

Paul was awesome at installing our 2 doors and 2 window screens. He was a lovely fellow, prompt, gave courtesy calls prior to coming over and when he left. Worked in 30 odd degree heat and adjusted our doorway to fit door by sanding entrance base and applying cover strip to top gap, so thoughtful. I think this gentleman is a credit to representing your company and he deserves a raise or some extra paid holiday time! Thank you.

Wynstan did recommend a quality product and they definitely delivered.
It was good to see the installers on time and sticking to schedule too. I really appreciate Ricardo Barata, the guy who installed and explained in and out of the doors how they work. Will definitely recommend them.

Wynstan is excellent! I found their advertisement on a bus, and my choice is totally right. Their products are good and the people who worked in Wynstan are so friendly! The security door is my favorite door, although it is expensive, it still can be a great investment as a quality is so good.

The Wynstan guys (Paul & Phil) were helpful, friendly and informative, arrived when expected (on time) and did a great job. One initial measurement didn’t seem quite right so they took it back to get it adjusted for me so the result would be perfect rather than merely “near enough”. Couldn’t be happier with the results.
