Update: 3 weeks later and issues still not solved despite them telling me to contact support

Every single blind was done poorly, cracked the frames and in some cases broke through the plaster. Security door fits so poorly it scraps the top of the wall. Framing nail pulled through and broke the door frame when installing and they only admitted fault after I called them out on it after first denying it. Attached just a few examples out of dozens.

They tried to make it better after 50 emails and calls but they've only got 1 decent guy working for them he did his best but the damage is done, no discount offered no real fix. Sub contracted work. I know people who had the same problems, I'd go elsewhere.

Rather disappointed and discussed with the outcome of this service.

Just had problem after problem with their service and products, job still incomplete after at least 8 visits and 8 months later, issues including incorrect measuring,   wrong product supplied, product damaged on arrival, poor quality products, incorrectly installation and failing to bring the right equipment to install product over stairs.

Issues raised and just passed from staff to staff, we were offered compensation, but still had issues with product supplied after 2 attempts to fix, still not working.

Walls marked, furniture srached and computer monitor cracked, by install staff. Fixed walls but refuse to fix furniture and computer! Tell us we just have to wear the cost of their damage.

Would NOT recommend them and regret ever going with them in the first place.

Wynstan did recommend a quality product and they definitely delivered.
It was good to see the installers on time and sticking to schedule too. I really appreciate Ricardo Barata, the guy who installed and explained in and out of the doors how they work. Will definitely recommend them.

This is my second job review with Wynstan, my job got delayed due to lockdown, I had two days to move into new house, call customer service and explained the situation, Stephanie Godwin did absolutely fantastic job abd the job was done with in 24 hours, love to work with Wynstan again, thank you all who involved in the job.

Purchased a Crimsafe door. Customer service was professional, on time and both the door and installation were perfect.

Really efficient service, from sales to fitout. These guys know their product inside and out. If you believe in doing and paying for something to be done right the first time then Wynstan is the company you should use.
