My experience at Wyndham was made to be very positive all thanks to the nurses! The nurse who took me in today for my procedure from the waiting room and who did all of my pre-surgical checks was so kind and helpful. I forget her name: (

Perfect place if you’re racist, against the lgbt+ community and ableist.while claiming to support the community and making people sign contracts the nurses will actively protect homophobia and even give excuses for it.don’t let them trick you into thinking this is a safe place as it’s anything but.i do want to make clear though that once the people running the programs and my psych found out what happened they were appalled, but it’s not enough when you have people actively protecting patients that cause others to self harm while kicking out those that do

This place is dangerous and not fit to be a rehabilitation centre after being accused was thrown out in the middle of a medication change over, Dr Rag to shorten his18 letter nam serounding me with two oth men he openly lied to my face he refused to call my Dr and threw me out, medical negligence leaving me with no medicen, last time I withdrew I had a tacisumo, he probably dosnt know what that it, the classes are ridiculous the staff say in the office the whole time instead of carrying out talks and visual issues that may be accusing. The place is a joke, my Dr zaier was the one and only fabulous thing going for the hospital.

I would give this place 0 if I could I was involved in a motorbike accident in January resulting in ptsd and an Abi this place was fully aware of the problems had full disclosure to medical records. Get down here I am prescribed cannabis for pain and to help my nervous system which was damaged due to the accident they then have stated they can not work with an Abi stay away it’s not worth it they can’t treat ptsd or Abi so what is the point in having a mental health team if they can help you

I had a procedure on 14/9 with Ray Yong. I was terrified to have this done. From the time of first contact I was warmly welcomed. The lovely lady at the front desk, to Chris (She is wonderful). I can't speak highly enough of all staff on duty. It made a yucky experience quite good. It was like everyone was a good friend. Thankyou so much. To CEO, keep up the great work! Xxx

My 5yo daughter had day surgery for her dental needs. I've been through the public and private system before, and this experience was a standout. Every single staff member (reception, nurses, doctors, etc) were so kind and caring with myself and my daughter. They ensured that may daughter was made to feel safe and understood. I arrived at 8am and my daughter was in surgery at 9am. During recovery, there was no urgency to wake my daughter or to see us out. Everything was fantastic from beginning to end and I can't thank you all enough for making my daughter's first (and hopefully last) surgical experience a positive one.

If half or no start was avalible thats what i would give for my experince with wcph psych if you are given dr lekan find another place to go i had the worst experience possible 2 visits and $1000 later for infomation and medication for adhd which wasnt the reason for attending in the first place then to be called an addict (his words he says is addiction which is the same thing) along with afew other not so great things he had said i asked to see a different doctor from tgis clinic and was completely ignored and was told have a nice day pretty much now i am stuck on a year and a half wait list for a new psych so if you are battling bpd depression anxiety paranoia intrusive thoughts and rage disorders with blackouts dont even bother coming here they will just give you dexies and say try these overlooking everything else you have told them!

I had a day surgery, apart from a small mix up with the arrival time indicated to me, everything else was as good as I could expect. Special mention to Christine as she was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

They will let you to pay first, then kick you off, not even let you wait in the lounge while your fam is under a surgery, and it will take 1-2 hours. What a shame. You will be told to stay outside in the car park

The one star is just there but if you wish to heal and actually feel like your in caring hands. DONT COME HERE! I been home and still feel traumatised by my stay. I was rudely abused by nurse shellbin and his female nurses that he hides in the nurses room with all night. I had one nurse push my hand. No managers care what happens to you. The food I wouldn’t feed to my dog. The treatment is shocking and I was also there for mental health. All they care about is money and after alllll that u get sent away no proper explanation no proper understanding of anything and I feel way worse than when I came in.
This hospital and the people running it need to be checked so so the nurses! Not all but the rude uneducated ones that bought there certificates and you employed them.
Never would I ever have thought I’d end up worse! Now I have new issues new pain and does anyone care. Absolutely not!

Our two year old son had an oral procedure just this morning, under general anaesthetic. I cannot express how much the care of the on duty nurses meant to me. I was SO anxious. The staff at reception were very kind and the recovery nurses were absolute ANGELS! Our little boy was very well cared for! Thank you!

Wyndham private clinic was a roller coaster.their care for the first week and a half was great, the student nurses stood out to me mainly, exceptionally helpful.the staff/head nurses were also lovely.however afterwards, things went downhill fast.

I wanted to try TMS for my depression, after researching a few hospitals I decided to get one from my GP for this hospital so I could undergo the treatment as an inpatient. I stayed at this clinic for 5 weeks.
The admission was very simple.
My treating psychiatrist was Dr Kumar.
I found that all nurses, my psych and the multiple facilitators for the 3x a day group sessions were absolutely amazing.
I would highly recommend coming here if you are in need of an inpatient stay.
The rooms were nice, you have two options for each meal (3x a meal a day provided + morning and afternoon snacks + dessert)

Their is a communal fridge and a personal fridge where you can bring in your own unopened food and drinks that others won’t touch if preferred.
The daily groups were very insightful.
If you’re looking to undergo TMS, the TMS nurses are lovely, the room is relaxing (dim lights + TV available if you wish) and the treatment itself is not painful - if you do feel any discomfort, they will alter the machine to fix that.

The only thing that I did find disappointing was that my admission nurse asked if I’d like psychology sessions during my stay to which I replied yes please. However I did not get any. After speaking to other patients, it seemed that no one got any.

However my stay was over the Christmas period so I’m unsure if that meant psychologists weren’t available for my stay.

Couldn’t be any happier with the care I received.

Posting for Rudolf Kirchner cataract surgery 23.3.2022. This was the worst experience ever. He travelled 3 hours from pomborneit arriving one hour early for day procedures appointment time 9.45 was not seen until 1100 am. Given that he paid over 3000 for procedure and hospital. No insurance. He is a cancer patient and country patient This service is unacceptable. The music in the waiting room is migraine evoking. The whole pace is disgusting. We have spent a great deal of time in public hospitals and every time the service was better than our experience today. Utterly disgusted

Had medication changed and filled up with Valium and seriqil, the psychiatrist Dr Raj seen me for 5 minutes twice in 2 weeks.
Then half way through just as I felt the light.
He kicked me out with massive medication addiction as it was give 3 or more times a day. As well as the sudden medication reduction.
He did not come in and discuss the situation, as I was upset the night before. He had the goals team (I was excited to see them) tell me you have no choice your out, no warning no sympathy, then the nurse Sarah came into my room as I was crying and said you have 30 minutes to be out or I’m calling the police.
Then once my scrambled her life to pick me up, they oh can she wait Dr Raj has decided to see you. My bags were packed, they had already traumatised me with threats.
I would not ever recommend this place to anyone that is needing real mental and AOD support. They will just drug you up and send you to bed. There’s no one to talk to about what’s going on apart from the other Patients.
There are no cups, plates or really essential amenities for you to have your own food or drink there is no smoking after 9 even in distress.
There just after your insurance money. Will be making formal complaints.
