Woolworths Millers Junction (Altona North)

On Monday Night my register got stuck, and a Staff Member "Indian Lady" came over and fixed it. Then she hung around asking me lots of questions about my shopping. What Isle I got the Blanket from. While still asking me questions she offered to help pack my shopping.
THEN SHE ASKED ME WHAT HAPPENED TO MY FACE.
I was born with a Cleft Lio & Palate and i showed her a picture in my phone if a Baby with a C

Had strawberry milk but No Nippys coffee milk. Had one great staff member in the aisles and one at self check out too distracted to point out the service desk.

Several times they don't have some items, even though on the Woolworths's website it said they have them in stock.

It's open till 11pm that's a plus. Most other supermarkets in the area shut at 10pm. Special tags and price tags are tiny and hard to distinguish between the two.same as all woolworths I suppose

Get my essentials from here.need more varieties in the international section. NZ foods would be nice.hylands Woolworths have a great selection of NZ foods.

You are almost exclusively self-checkout now. There is never a person working at the checkout when I'm there. I have children with me and a full trolley! You want me to be a cashier and do the job, then pay me! I do not work for Woolworths! I will not be back and I will shop at Coles instead. They still have humans to serve you.

First time shopping here and they have a range of items other Woolies don’t seem to have and the workers are helpful too. Only downside is the store seems like they have very dim lighting? Like it just feels a bit dark compared to other Woolies.

Newer woolworths. Set-up is the same. They really are making it hard to check out with a cashier. Shows a disregard for us customers. At least I didn't need a coin for the trolley.

Great Woolworths with everything you need. Store was clean and tidy. Staff were ready to help with anything needed.

Shelves are usually empty or limited stock. Really need to pick your times to get what you need.

I only come in the evenings and the staff are very rude here and are always on there phones having a laugh.

Store is really clean and well designed.

Service was really good. I was served by two staff members: Bayden and Emily. Both were very friendly.

I just really wanted to leave a nice review as tonight I asked one of the staff restocking shelves if they had any stock out back since it was not on the shelf. He kindly went out of his way and found the product for me out back. This has happened to me before and the staff are always super kind and helpful. So I hope this messages gets back to the staff! You’re all very nice and I appreciate that

Specially the new scan & go option to avail here.
Although it's far from my place but it'll be my preference due to scan & go

All self checkout, I dont work all day to then come and do the work of a check out assistant, terrible idea as there's barely any staff around at all, had a full trolly that I had to scan and bag myself and when something was wrong had to wait ages for assistants as Again there's only one staff member. Rest of the store is the same as any other supermarket, abolish self checkouts. There awaited of time and it cuts someone's job for no reason.

Huge in floor size and we'll sorted and arranged in terms types of products vs the aisles and the bays.
Have only been once here, while the experience was neither exceptionally good or poor and just pleasant, so it would be premature to comment on the staff behaviour or service offered,
For people on the proximity or happen to be around and looking for a supermarket, this is a good place and as an added bonus, multiple retail giants stores are just a stone's throw away.
While it has nothing to do with Woolworths, the only critique would be the exit from parking as it appears there's only one way out from the parking to the access road contrary to the entry points made available for parking.

Brand new store. Basket and trolley self check outs. Scan & go also available. Plenty of parking options.

Not only is this Woolworths clean and tidy, their staff are friendly and helpful. Great range of products and it's good to see gluten free range of products always expanding.
