Woolworths Berwick

Always busy and they allow anti maskers in, which is not a responsible thing to do. Short staffed and even half the staff don't wear a mask properly

I like this store.great access from the carpark and other stores close by as well.
Inside the store is large and we'll set out and staff are friendly and helpful.

Recently have moved to Beaconsfield and this woolworths has been so great, always clean there, fresh fruit and vegetables. When my shopping delivery was missed one of the staff members came to deliver it to us.

The staff were helpful and courteous, and very polite. Thankyou Woolies for making a difficult job easy.

Always have what i need, and i like the way all stores are set out in much the same way. The specials racks are always interesting.

Been going her since before I could walk. Somehow the fresh produce here is superior to the fresh produce at other Woolies stores.

Sad that Woolworths is happy to take profits from Australians but displays a feeble and non-existent Australia Day merchandise which on inspection was all made in China.

This is my favourite Woolies in the area. Good range of products, very clean and staff seriously disinfecting especially the self serve check out. The staff in express check out was very helpful and was happy to assist me in returning an item. Highly recommended.

I generally shop at Coles, been doing it most of life, and I have a flybuys card which I use the points (they offer great bonus points) to save up for Christmas. I also have a Rewards card and I try and save the points for Christmas too. It makes Christmas a lot easier. I must say that I do enjoy going to Woolworths as they have a slightly different range of products that I like. The only problem I found over the summer was that it was quite warm inside and I got really hot and had to use my little hand fan.

I like this particular Woolworths, however incredibly, because of current Stage 4 restrictions I am limited to buying tuna, 2 cans limit, but I can buy as much chips and chocolate as I carry. Another asinine rule from one of the supermarket biopoly.

Not happy- the baby buk choy was not fresh abd they didn't have Changs fried noodles. Went to Coles.

I hate self service. I don't work there. Why do I need to finalise my purchase?

Never had an issue with the customer service here until recently when the younger staff members have been here in the morning. Rude, very unprofessional and Cleary don’t want to be at work.

Hor poor, no Ooshies avaiable. Self serve check outs not reliable. Not the best visit we have had to this Woolies.

I spend less time at the checkout than I do shopping
The people at the checkout are cheerful
Quality of products and range are a cut above

Currently updating the store that can be frustrating when I just want to nip in for something.don't know where to find it!
Still have the feeling the store will be special once changes complete

Staff extra friendly and helpful. We have shopped here since it opened, some 20 odd years ago!

When Covid wasn't on and in some case still happens, Their is no monitoring of underground carpark.over 50% of cars there, stay all day and from staff such as Westpac and surrounding areas. Their have been many times when you can't get underground parking due to this major problem. Their is no one at premises to make a complaint.

Usually get everything I need, but the usual suspects are buying up in bulk. Fresh fruit and vegetables are being taken very quickly. I have even seen the bottled mineral water all gone.

Finally the had the frozen fruit that I like for breakfast, like finding toilet paper in March lol
