Lovely quiet shopping centre. Everything you need. Ample parking including undercover with lift access to woolies

This woollies is great to quickly pop in for a few things as it is smaller than most. They always have lots of specials, and friendly service.

Convenient because it's around the corner from me buy I'm not thrilled with the meat selection and the vegetables could be fresher

Big shout of to Tom from Berwick Woolworths for the best customer service ever. Went beyond just scanning our groceries!

Not supplying all my order. Take my money asap then don't deliver properly. Had my water metre & tap run over by their delivery driver. No help at all. See ya. I wouldn't even give 1 star.

Great supermarket with all the necessary items. Thanks to the great butcher in store. Always eager to help.

Always busy but parking is a problem sometimes. Especially under the building where most spaces are taken by people who work in Berwick not shoppers to the supermarket

Like most Woolworths they have everything a supermarket should have. Service is very poor and they dont care about the customer at this store with the lack of registers open for bigger loads. Recommend dont go here as it all starts with a very poor layout of a carpark and with the limited spots it gets a litle crazy.

Love Woolworths this store is one that has super friendly staff,
Just hope they keep that personal touch, better than self serve which is obviously scammed from some dishonest customers.
We all end up paying more for goods due to store theft.sad reflections on our generation.

I would like to take really take the time tosend a special thank you to Sandra from the Deli department. I was organizing a party and needing some items, I didn't have any luck on the online store or any other stores. Sandra went above and beyond to get the items for me, keep them aside and even made the effort to call a different store for me.
She deserves a PAY RISE! I usually shop at Coles but because of her I'm going to start doing more shopping at WWS Berwick.

Decent place, underground parking is abit of pain but at least it isnt far walking up the stairs and it has a lift too

Lacking stock and not very clean not sure how often baskets are cleaned some had old receipts some had veggie leaves some had old wipes

Yay V8 Breakfast Juice is on sale again.

I was just thinking I should have stocked up and bought a few while they were on special, as the Breakfast Juice doesn't go on sale all the time, it's usually the Vegy one (the green one) that is on special.

Also got a couple of other one's that I haven't tried as of yet, hope they are yummy as well.

Easy access from the car park, they have lift for the underground car park. Self service area, with ample staff to help with your needs!
Public toilet facilities available in the shopping centre. Friendly customer service. Ample under cover Parking as well as more than ample parking at 3 other open air Parking areas surrounding this small village centre!

The outdoor parking infront of the store is on a downward slope so when I took the full heavy trolley out to my car was very difficult to drive. I ended up 2 days later with shoulder injury and 2days off work due to inflammation. Be very careful.

I go to this Woolworths because of it's instore butcher shop. The store needs upgrading as does The whole Marketplace venue. It is badly in need of some TLC. Recently the lift from the car park was out of order well over 2 weeks and the toilets are dreadful. Never any soap. The hand dryer often is not working. The Management is hopeless.

I have always found the staff here very helpful and sincere.it's a great place to shop and knowing they'll go out of their way to make sure you're getting what you want and have also recommeded other options that I was later to find were better than what I was after.

Purchased a saucepan. When
I got home realised wrong size. Already had one that size. Courtney refused to refund despite having docket for proof of purchase. I was told tough. Such poor service. No attempt to satisfy customer what made it worse was if I had damaged the saucepan she would have done the refund.

We are currently in isolation so I ordered a few items online for Valentines day but there was no option to order flowers. So, I took the chance to leave a note to my personal shopper if she could grab me a bunch of flowers so we can give it to
my daugther who has been isolating with us just to brighten up her day. Surprisingly, a very kind lady named Kirsten from Berwick Woolies went above and beyond to fulfill my request with a heartwarming note. Thank you so much Kirsten and to the Berwick Woolies Team for the thought.

Not the best woollies, trying to make the change from Coles parkhill since they seem to be not stocking many items we want. Definitely not changing to this woollies, if I'm paying a premium I want a nicer store, competent staff and items I want.
