Attended the 1st elderly community shopping hour at Dandenong Store. Worst experience of my life. Needed rice as we go through a bit with family as Asian. Restriction on all 2kg and above packs of rice. 1 per transaction. Rice all gone. Only LOTS of small packs left. Much more expensive. I took 8 packs x 1 kg and was refused service. The supervisor proceeded to lecture me about consideration for others. I asked to see the notice on the restriction. There was none. The store manager came up and told me she fully support her team member and told me she is not discussing the issue and she will only allow me to buy 2 packs.at a time. She said I will have to make multiple in and out of the store and buy 2 at a time. I had to go through the checkout 4 times. This is called Woolworths Service to the elderly community.

They had Hot spicy Twisties

March 8 collected my order and they refunded any amount not in stock quickly back to me Paypal

Had a terrible experience, unfriendly staff, poor customer service. I will never step my foot there again!

Pretty much the same as all the others except the staff here are very strict on prices here I bought some eggs and showed the staff they were broken she stayed I did it accidentally I left immediately with embarrassment

Large variety and produce and products and space to be able to shop comfortably within and around aisles.

Last time I saw a review about the self check out staff service being rude but now it has disappears. I had the same experience where the staff were very rude and accuse me of stealing and I think that the man that was stacking shelves was a supervisor came and asked whats the problem but did not address me or say sorry in any way. I think this is very unprofessional. The staff should have approach the customer and resolve the problem not just ignore a paying customer and hoping the problem will go away easily. Instead of shopping at woolworths I will now shop with Coles. Nice and friendly staffs there.

One of the best Woolworths I have come across in Melbourne, with not only having amazing varieties of food and beverages but also providing with exceptional customer service, shout-out (Andy and team) who go to extra-lengths to ensure that customer entering their store has phenomenal experience.

I have interacted with Woolworths customer service online and unfortunately I wouldn't care much as had such a lack-lustre response from them but then when I went to the store, they had a different way to respond to a problem, which is more logical and proactive, saves the day for everyone.

Located next to covered car park. The fresh food items are always priced competitively here. Indeed most of fresh items are cheaper compared to market fresh shop next door.

It is one of the best supermart for the daily life shopping. Its the place of fresh food people's.

Well organised venue with aisles of food and drink and other amenities organised into groups by type and culture in offensive smelling place except when shoppers forget their own ADLs such as showering daily and using soap and deodorants all available in aisles 9 and 10?

I enjoy the stock at Dandenong Plaza Woolworths, a product range more varied than many.

With Chinese New Year coming, the boxes of mochi are a winner. Being able to get them at Woolworths is very convenient.

It's an OK woollies. But it's an older one and could probably use an update. It's a bit all over the place. Apart from that it had everything I needed.

Good supermarket but lacks organic products, actually like most of supermarkets in Australia where organic is expensive and not common unlike in Europe.

Some staff are very rude and not helpful at all. Some of the staff dont have a smile on their faces which makes it look they hate working there and also dont like helping customers. Never going back there again. Ive experienced this several times it was not once.

Did a bit of my Xmas shopping at woollies dandenong plaza. I later found out the Maggie Stir fry sauce I bought had a best before date of July 2017. Can you imagine.

I went to woollies to tell them what happened and to get a refund. The lady who attended to me was so rude- her name is PAM. She got the stir fry sauce from me and was proving it to me that best before date is different from expiry date. I did not get this product on special and would not imagine Woollies could have a product that the best before date had passed by 6 months!

I had to report to the Assistant Manager Matt who later apologised and said he would talk to her about it.

Just warning you all to watchout and check the expiry dates of whatever you buy at woollies. Also try as much as possible to avoid Pam attending to you. She is damaging the image of woolies. She needs to be trained well.

I had to go to Coles for my shopping, it is safer and better

Cheaper produce as they are competing with Asian market on the same level. Variety of Asian spices. Not a big store. Not an overly busy store - often quiet.

Very nice staff Morsal particularly kind and helpful.wish I could say the same for Jamie Oliver's Crispy parma tomato and chicken fillets.they were a disgrace!
