Woolworths

Went to Woolworths to do some grocery shopping the other day and it was like a sauna in there! And smelt humid and not pleasant whatsoever. They seriously need to step up their game and install some air conditioners It's basic comfort, right? Will not be shopping there often, rather go somewhere that is well ventilated and air conditioned.

I live in Dandenong but generally go to Woolworths in Endeavour Hills because the staff are friendlier and there is ALWAYS someone at the register to check out my weekly shop. I thought I would try them again at the Plaza and as usual there are staff everywhere but no one to help when needed and no one at the checkout so of course I am told I can do it myself. Seriously I already have a full time job! Will not make that mistake again!

Poor direct to boot service. There are 5 slots & the staff only wanted to bring the order to the first 2 slots only. Wanted me to park the vehicle one of the first 2 parking slots.

Woolworths Dandenong is great.it's very handy for me and I think for everyone who lives nearby. Woolworths Dandenong got everything I need, with lots on special too, which means lots of savings. I always call in to Woolworths Dandenong after work if I'm not tired or on the weekends. I'm happy to buy my stuff at Woolworths Dandenong.

Very second time I went for specials they did not have them that's why I shop at Coles

Always good to see manned checkouts, great selection of range and easy location to car park

Some of the staff here are very and unreasonably rude. Female staff at check point kept checking my bags and asked me for recipes for items i bought in another shop when these items were clearly not the same as in Woolworths (Woolworths don't have these items at all). She took my time, kept going trough my bags although i clearly explained that these items are not from woolworths but from Reject and some other shops (unfortunately i lost or true out only one receipt from one of those shops). The staff eventually let me when confirmed i was right but it was embarrassing experience. Not going trough this checkpoint anymore, she is clearly not knowledgable or good enough to know some things.

I’m a repeat customer of Woolworths I bought coriander but the coriander were mulled I want refund the costumer service were very bad treated me with bad behaviour

Every time I am in the store for a weekly shop (on sundays) I can’t get anyone attention in the deli. They either see me and don’t approach or, there isn’t anyone there to begin with. I think perhaps some education in customer service might be a good idea.

Witnessed excellent customer service from grocery team member. Just grabbed a few things like my steaks. The steak at Woolworths Is so much better than Coles. Friendly checkout staff.

Although they are under renovartions, I don't believe it shoukd be difficult to fing and item as I found out

Under the average customer service by a staff member who said she was the customer service manager. Perhaps her attitude might not be the best fit for woollies but for a low standard establishment in the subcontinent. Took my business to Aldi and won't visit that store again.

New look, nearby parking but items which are discounted price mostly empty shelves. Special items stock should be more.

Nice place, good range. The more mature deli staff seem enjoy a good chat with each other while you wait to be served.

Great Woolworths reasonably priced. Affordable on a budget. Love the variety of small goods and deli options.

Woolworths always the best for everything but I have a small favor from whom are manage and lead the staff to teach them be more patients and if there's any customer's ask about few stuff doesn't know really were they are to pick what they searching suppose the customer service or the staff are in the floor help give more customer care.
Keep the best work always on the highest level.

Good Woolworths, has a very nice section of cheap cheap snacks. Don't come here at night time if you don't want to deal with crackheads.

Nice store layout, pity the store greeter couldn't speak English and understand what I was looking for

The lovely man named Kong who works there is very helpful when we need, and always works with a smile. I hope this review gets him recognized for his hard work there, he deserves it.
