Woodman Estate - Lakeside Luxury Accommodation

A very nice place to stay and enjoy the amazing foods. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, the Owner is very nice. Very thankful for their arrangement that gave us a sweet 5th anniversary memory with them.

We spent a night in a chalet for our anniversary. Beautiful place, good food.
The night was ruined due to an over grown tree bashing against the bedroom roof all night. For a $950 night we feel a bit robbed. No compensation offered.

Everything on the farmer's platter was delicious. Gorgeous surrounds and lovely service. It was dear, but the quality and freshness of the local produce was obvious, and had a feel good factor to it.

We stayed in the Lakeside Chalet's a few Days before Christmas as a family. The estate is well manicured and very pretty, although they went through a downtime during COVID and only recently reopened. The apartments are spacious, although not as clean as expected and my sister in law stepped on a used lady's razor head in the bathroom floor when we checked in. The room fee includes breakfast, and we booked this for 9 am although the following morning, when we arrived we waited over an hour for the food and the coffees. It was a little disappointing, travelling with children is difficult, especially if they're hungry. The staff are very accommodating. The Chalet's are $950 each sleeps 2 only, and it would have been nice for any inclusions considering the price we only got tea and coffee.

Really amazing hospitality by the team here. Prompt and friendly service. The food was fresh and tasty, and the scones were delicious!

I will definitely have to return for the accommodation and the spa retreat to see what’s on offer.

We also did a nice walk around the lake on the property which was good after a big high tea meal!

My Husband and I enjoyed a delicious 2 course meal and staff was very nice and helpful and the estate is beautiful I love the amazing lake views

Spent a very disappointing morning here, breakfast was well below average and cooked with no love whatsoever. Prepaid gourmet was pathetic for $40 a head.
Massage at the Spa was below average for the industry let alone the price charged.
We arrived on time for our couples massage to find that we had to wait for one of the therapists to arrive for work
Our wish to be in separate rooms was arranged with management weeks before, again on confirmation, but not conveyed to Spa staff, so we were treated to a cold room, cold beds and a massage that was both irritating and unprofessional to say the least.
Was meant to be a birthday treat which was also conveyed on booking but never mentioned at all.
Would never visit Woodman Estate again with their exorbitant unjustified prices

Friendly staff, comfortable and well appointed rooms and the high tea was delicious and plentiful.
A perfect little getaway for a romantic weekend.

You'd think that after the lockdown they'd have their act together. Waited too long to be served. Meals came out staggered. We were supposed to have a pre lunch drink as part of cost but we weren't offered anything. Sweets came out after we'd finished our coffee. Food was good but service needs attention.

We won a High Tea here for 2 and we went a couple of days before Valentine's Day. Everything was amazing. The food, drinks and staff. I would highly recommend this place

Rick and his team went above and beyond to be able to accommodate a girls night away for shift workers. We were able to stay on a night that suited us and when he wasn't able to get the massage in the package he upgraded our room and dinner and refunded the difference in price. I would highly recommend Woodman Estate and the team that work there.

Just finished a delightful 7 course degustation, truly epic.
Special mention to our waiter, Ian; a fantastic gentleman with great service and a quick wit.

The experience was beautiful. We went for breakfast. The service, friendliness and ambience was so lovely, it was our second time and it won't be the last.
