Sales service was good, however the final product sold is not as per advertised. The floor was less than 5 months old when stains were evident even after following all maintenance procedures. Woodcut provided good follow up and offered to complete a maintenance oil coat however that coat damaged the timber, which raised question marks over the product that we were sold. The only option was to fully sand the 5 month old floors and apply a new coat, however upon sanding it was found the colour changed drastically and when applying the maintenance oil the colour was not even close to the original product. Woodcut then decided to state that the matter was closed. I cannot recommend these floors as I would not buy them again.

Beautiful showroom, so many options. So happy with our smokey grey selection. Always getting comments on the colour, width, and natural grain in the timber. Worth the investment in good quality flooring for a new build

Following the great advice at the Richmond showroom we chose Smoked Oak in engineered timber because we were replacing ugly old kitchen tiles and carpet in the dining room and stairs.

As an interior designer myself I’m really particular about the quality of floorboards when sourcing flooring for any project. I chose Woodcut for the floorboards in my own home because of the vast range of timbers that they have and because of the thickness of their veneers. Highly recommend Woodcut for timber engineered flooring, we absolutely loved the finish of our floor and everyone that comes over compliment them.
