I was looking for a cheap slide drop saw to work on my weatherboard project and it was hard to find anyone with both stock and a decent price. Womersley's answered the call promptly, got someone to ring me back who was knowledgeable and understood I didn't need a high end saw I just needed a handyman thing and they not only had this beast in stock it was even reduced. She talked me through setting it up over the phone to get the best out of it. Pick up was easy, they brought the saw and the eft machine out to the car in the carpark. Seamless and simple. Very polite friendly staff making the best of a difficult time. They dealt well with the two grumpy people who turned up who somehow don't know the world is different now and helped them get what they needed.

Wow what a experienced. My apprentice she has bought her first compound drop saw from your store upon the first day of her opening the box you could see there was quite a few defects in the product she then return it to the store then receiving it back two weeks later. The store manager had informed her that there had been 19 defects in the drop saw from the manufacturer and they had been all fixed.the next day a qualified Carpenter with 20 years experience use the drop saw and he nearly cut his hand off it was still very unsafe. When the experienced Carpenter was using the drop saw that nearly cut his hand off the blade got twisted from the deflected drop saw and broke the backplate.my apprentice return to womersley' miter 10 Frankston explaining the problem that the drop saw has still not been fixed properly and is still very unsafe and dangerous.the store manager returned to their Repair man explain to my apprentice that it is not under warranty therefore they will not rectify it. The unsafe drop saw is not under warranty and the repairman Will Not Return to my apprentice. What a joke if you can't repair at the least give it back to her so she can fix it herself. She has spent $500 for a drop saw that has cut 4 bits of timber. At least return it back to her so she can fix it considering it is only a very cheap part very poor performance womersley' miter 10.

Had a really lovely experience on the weekend. Contacted Mitre 10 and was offered Call & Collect service from the Womersley team. Left my request and contact details and hoped I would hear back eventually. Received a call back and was able to finalise my purchase with Contactless pick up within the hour. The staff were extremely helpful, and followed up the next day to check that my purchase had been completed satisfactorily. Great work team, above and beyond.

Not impressed at all.
Bought the 1400w Makita compound sliding mitre saw 260mm and had to send it back in for repairs before I could even use it as the blade was extremely wobbly. Got it back and was cutting its first bit of timber and the timber jammed and snapped the fence and frame of the saw. Sent it back in to mitre 10 and was told that Makita would not fix it. I would have to buy a new one.

Went in to pick up a few hinges after ordering and paying over the phone.the Carpark was full of cars waiting for their items. Two employees were guarding a locked gate while one employee was going to and from the store to the various cars in the car park.taking only 1 item at a time and spending ten minutes in the store in between items.it was so painfully slow that I phoned up to find out how long I would have to wait only to be told they didnt know how long it would be till I got my item and couldnt even give an estimate and that they could only send 1 person out at a time. I can't even get my money back, because they cant process a refund until after lockdown. I've been to loads of other stores doing click and collect and they brought my item out within a few minutes of my arrival in the carpark. If you've got all day to wait, this is the store for you

Great service.your order gets packed and forked to your vehicle while you go inside and pay.prices are competitive especially with the time saved.oh.the timber is straight also!

They have all you need. Their service is efficient and friendly but it's a bit hard to get out of especially when travelling south due to a very busy Cranbourne rd

Went in store and purchased some Stihl hp 2 stroke oil had to wait for counter staff to finish there conversation to be served.
But most of the time this isn't the case and now they stock Stihl products its more convenient for me than going to the Stihl store and Mitre 10 has better trading hours.

A more local hardware experience that's a bit less sterile than bunnings. Different stock from them too. Has a decent range for tradies or home renovators. I like the new rewards card. Service is OK but can be a bit hit and miss at times. Garden section is pretty lame though. Worth comparing if you have the time.

Went into Mitre 10 today and had fantastic service from everyone I spoke to. The guy in the tool shop was very helpful and talked me through a number of different bits and pieces. It is definitely my preferred hardware store now.
